The technician that came out to repair my garage door was courteous, professional and very knowledgable and informative about what the problem was with my door. He explained what caused the problem and informed me of the condition on all the other components of the door. They reponded within a couple of hours after calling them and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again myself when needed in the future.

We have used Precision Garage Door in the past when we lived in Las Vegas and the service was superb and we were so glad that they provide service in the area in Missouri where we live. I called needing the battery replaced and they came same day and took care of the problem. Service was outstanding. They did need to come back to do some adjusting and again came same day. The technicians who came, Steve Ray and Daray Ferguson were both extremely courteous and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service. You can't go wrong.

I still have not gotten an answer as to why I was charged 69.95 for an estimate. I the company right after it happened and they, they said they would have billing look into it. It has been 5 days and I still have not heard anything back.

Precision employee arrived at my house. After checking on my single garage door he determined that the two door springs installed last fall were the wrong size. He made a call to someone regarding the wrongly installed door springs. He explained that I could choose to replace them at a cost of $60.00 or just adjust them for free. I decided to do the free adjustment because I shouldn’t have to pay for the proper springs to be installed on my door. The installer also told me that a sales manager or someone from Precision Garage Door would call me on Monday. As of 11 o’clock Monday night no one has called me I’m not real happy with the service.

I just received a quote last night from a nice gentleman at Precision. I've used Precision in the past, which is why I called this time when my spring broke. When provided the quote, I was surprised in the cost. I told the gentleman we were going to get another quote, and he asked if he could call his boss to see if there were any discounts that could be provided, in which he returned and stated that no, the cost he provided was the best you could do. I called a neighbor friend of mine who's in construction and he provided me his door guy. When I called him, he laughed and said he loved I'd gotten a quote from Precisioin and not to share any of the dollar amounts bidded, just the materials and labor. He then added up with his cost, and surprisingly, to do the same work, with the same materials, he was less than 1/3 of the cost. He still doesn't know what I was quoted by you all, but said he gets calls all the time. I will tell you this is a bit disturbing, and I will use his business (and it is a business, a competitor of yours actually), and I will share his information with everyone I know, including my entire subdivision, whos houses are just as old as mine. It's unfortunate you all charge so much. Just wanted to share, as people talk, and this cost savings is definetely something that will talked about by me. Thank you, Kelly Wright

Steve called ahead for his arrival time & arrived on time. Problem was corrected & Steve pointed out possible areas that should be watched for service in the future as the garage doors & openers are 11 years & the life is normally 12 to 15 yes. Very helpful would highly recommend.

Scheduling the appointment took less than 5 min. They have a 4hour appt window and the tech was here within the first hour of that window. He was very respectful, explaining things in a way that I could understand. They had everything on hand and could start work immediately after we discussed the quote.
