I called on Sunday about a problem with my recently installed door. Precision had Mike out Monday morning to fix the problem. I like Precision because their installers are employees and not contractors. They deliver a stand up job and if there is a problem they show up on time to make it right!

Very prompt and courteous. Gave us options to choose from without breaking the bank. We use our garage door more than the front door. After 12 years it was time. Ended up replacing the whole unit. More than one garage door remote included in the package would've been great, but I still think I made the right choice!

I have worked with Terry on several occasions and I'm always impressed with how helpful he is to explain the problem, options and costs up front so I can make the best decision for me. I got a new garage door from Precision last fall and have been very please with it. The door opener is old (came with the garage when I bought the house in '04) and needs TLC once in a while. Terry is great to keep it in good running condition. I will continue to use Precision Door for all of my garage door and door opener needs.

Excellent price and service. My installer, Terry, was very thorough and didn't mind me asking questions during the installation process. Terry arrived on time, did the install, loaded up all the old door panels and related hardware, then proceeded to clean and lubricate the door hardware, as well as, make sure the door was clean as well. Finally, he picked up all the packing material from the new door and made sure my garage was spotless. Very satisfied with Terry's work and the very reasonable price from Precision....almost 50% less than the 3 other bids I obtained. Highly recommend Precision and Terry.

I had an appointment the same day I called. The Service Tech called and asked if he could come early. He explained what needed to be done and the door was fixed within 30min.

Michael was ahead of time and after a brief discussion as to the problem we were experiancing, he immediately got to work to diagnose the problem. He told us that the mother board in the motor unit had apparently been fried from electrical surge while we were on vacation. He could have fixed it but the unit was only 6 months old (from another company) and it should be looked at for warrenty replacement. He told us that if we were not satisfied with "the other company", that he would be more than glad to repair or replace the motor for us. He checked all of the rails that Precision had installed and made a couple of slight adjustments. We went to Precision after the "other company botched the install of a new track went awrye and they couldn't fix it for a month. Brian and his Precision team will be the only people to service our three garage doors after "the other company" replaces the motor. Thanks Mike for a professional service call. Mike was at my house within an hour to fix the issue. I really appreciate the speed of being able to have a technician at my house, and the quality of work provided. We had two new doors and openers installed. From the very beginning, the service and professionalism were outstanding. I was most impressed with the install technician Terry. He worked for 12 hours straight (by himself) removing old doors and openers, installing new ones, setting everything up, cleaning and maintaining his work space as he went, and all the while putting up with numerous questions and interruptions from me. Terry was personable, professional, and clearly enjoys his work. I can't say enough about him. The doors look and operate great and the process was painless. Thanks!

My garage door broke Sunday night. I was able to get service scheduled for right away Monday morning. The technicians were on time and finished replacing my springs and pulleys before 9:15. The were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having garage door issues.
