The tech explained the issue very clearly, and laid out my options. The work was completed in the time quoted. The cost of the job was clearly stated up front, so there were no surprises. I called this morning to have our 15 year old garage opener replaced. I had an appointment later that afternoon. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. The tech explained in detail the different options I had to to replace my older unit. Within two hours the job was completed and I absolutely love our new garage door opener. It is so much quieter than the older moldel. Thanks Precision you nailed it!!!!!!!

Inquired online about getting a quote for a new garage door and within no more than a couple hours (on a Sunday!), I received a phone call to set up a time for a representative to come out to my house to give me a quote. It happened they had a time available the next day later in the afternoon. Garreth, one of their representatives, came out, answered all the questions and concerns I could think of, (and there were a lot) and I ended up purchasing a new garage door! Garreth was informative, courteous, and helpful. There are a lot of choices to make but we (rather, I think he persevered with me—lol!) got it done. So far so good and I’m excited to have my new garage door installed in the next few weeks.

We had used Precision Door many years ago so when my garage door spring broke late last night I called Precision Door. Daray Ferguson, my assigned technician, called me at 8:00 am to tell me he was on his way. I was thrilled since I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage! I was stuck! Daray was absolutely wonderful. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about how to repair the problem and improve the performance of the door. I would use Precision Door again and would also request Daray to do the repairs!

Service person resolved my problem in 5 mins. He also did an inspection and pointed out an issue with the door seal. I agreed on a replacement which he installed quicly and now my door has zero leaks. Person was professional and meticulous. Would certainly use Precision again.

The installer showed up and answered all my questions, professionally and courteously. The price was not unreasonable and the installer obviously knew his stuff, working quickly yet carefully and always in anticipation of future moves. I had some questions on lubrication and he answered these more thoroughly than I would have expected. As a result I was able to eliminate a loud squeak in another door after he left. No doubt it will now last longer as well. he thoroughly cleaned up the area when he left. A good company, a good installer.

My car accidentally bumped my garage door and it jammed it halfway open so that I could neither close the door nor open it. I was totally freaking out so I looked for a garage door repair facility in the Olathe area. I called Precision because they were veteran owned and had good reviews. I was panic stricken but they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Eric called before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and capable. One side of the garage door had jumped the track but he was able to get it back where it belonged and push the door back into alignment. He was very courteous and very quick and totally fixed my problem within a very short time frame. I was absolutely thrilled and I’m so glad that I called them. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I ever have another boo-boo or other issue with my garage!
