Terry Wilson, your technician, was very helpful in correcting what amounted to a minor problem with the operation of our double car garage door. He was very courteous and was quite helpful in correcting our problem. He made several suggestions for us to deal with the maintenance of our doors. The tech showed up the fix a broken spring & I ended up buying 2 new doors. After discussing my options with Terry on fixing my broken spring & I had planned on replacing my doors in the future. We were unable to get out of our garage. We have always used Overhead Door and called them first thing...they said it would be a $300 service call and timeframe between 8-12, totally unbelievable. I called Precision and was quoted $69 for the service call and reduced to $49 if they had to do repair/replacement and could be there between 8 and 10 a.m. Devion called at 8 a.m. and said he was on his way! He kept me informed of what he was doing and the problem was, got us up and running and we couldn't have been happier~

I called on Sunday about a problem with my recently installed door. Precision had Mike out Monday morning to fix the problem. I like Precision because their installers are employees and not contractors. They deliver a stand up job and if there is a problem they show up on time to make it right!
