We have used Precision ever since we moved into this new house 4.5 years ago. They have been out before, to replace a motor after an electrical storm burned it out. Daray Ferguson came out this time to fix broken springs in the main garage door. It was a Renner 300lb double door and was never balanced appropriately when installed. The springs weren't turned the way they were supposed to be when we moved in, so in less then 5 years (the warranty on the springs), they snapped. Daray was very honest and great at explaining the issues we had. More importantly, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubricated everything that needed it, to ensure the longevity of the units. We will be contacting Renner for reimbursement on a new set of springs due to the warranty on those springs. Very satisfied with Precision!

Precision Door installed my beautiful garage door last year--my house is old and really not well designed for a garage door but Daray did a great job getting creative and coming up with a solution so that I could have an automatic opener. Fast forward to this year, my garage door needed to be reset (the door would "bounce back" up after trying to close). I accidentally called the wrong company to come fix it and they sent a guy who came to my house, looked at the setup, said he said there's no way to fix it (my LiftMaster system is in an odd location to accommodate my weird garage layout), said my garage wasn't meant for an opener and left. I called Precision immediately (who I meant to call all along) and they sent someone out the next morning. Garrett and his trainee were very friendly and though they had some challenges, ultimately fixed my issue quickly. They even consulted Daray, who answered their questions and helped them brainstorm on his day off. I'm so thankful they could fix it and will definitely make sure I call the correct company first with my garage issues in the future!

Was having issues with both of our garage doors - one not working at all and the other making strange noises. Called Precision and they came out the same day. After our garage door needed service, on a Sunday afternoon, we called Precision, as this was the second time we have used them. I was concerned about the timing as there looked to be some rain the next day. Tyler was there by 9:15 Monday morning, provided several options for replacement, had finished by 10:30, was professional, respectful of my time and polite even noticing that we had both served in the military.
