My technician was there as expected, did a great job, was clean and polite. He very efficiently performed the maintenance and repairs needed so the door will operate safely and quietly. He replaced the spring assembly and the rollers and did a general maintenance. Great company, great service.

Our sales person was Gary. He took the time to show us every possible way we could replace our garage doors. Yesterday the doors were installed. The gentleman who did the work was very good making sure we were satisfied with everything he did step bye step. He spent the time necessary to make sure our cars were able to open each doors from the openers in the cars. Very satisfied with his service.

The company that installed my doors in 2018 was no longer in business, so I googled local providers and decided to contact Precision. They were very responsive and got me scheduled the same day I called. Garrett the tech and his partner were dispatched and I feel like they knew their business. A door panel needed to be ordered and although my door model had been discontinued, they were still able to find what I needed and I am now waiting on delivery and installation. Crystal in the office was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and at this point the process I am pleased with the service Precision has provided.

We called on a Sunday with a broken coil spring, and Daray was out within a couple hours. He did a great job explaining the other issues with the door that may have caused the spring to break. We knew the door had other problems that we needed to have fixed. Daray had it operating quietly and smoothly within a couple hours with new springs, rollers, and bearings. Very professional and patient with all our questions. Highly recommend.

Our garage door came down and hit one of our vehicles as it was pulling into the garage, thankfully the vehicle was fine but the whole door was bent and pulled off the hinges. it took everything we had to just try and get it closed most of the way. We called you guys that same night and got someone in to see our door this morning, and after their careful review and providing us with many options they got our door back to working order again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone with garage door needs. I know i will be keeping their card on hand for our future use.

On Saturday evening, our 2 garage/single door developed a cable problem on one side of system, rendering our door inoperable. I made call to Precision Overhead Garage on Sunday morning. By 4:20 pm same day, Service Tech Conner had arrived, evaluated and fixed all that was wrong with our garage door. We appreciated Conner's good attitude and efficient process. Daray Ferguson was our technician. He was personable, friendly, and knows garage doors! He was a fountain of information and had our door working just great by the time he left. We did not have one major problem but had lots of minor problems that he took care of. We needed 12 new rollers and a new operator bracket. Garage door works like a charm now! If we have any future concerns about our garage door we will definitely reach out to Precision and ask for Daray again! He did a great job and as I said, he knows garage doors!

We are a prior customer. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job over 10 years ago, we just now had to have some minor work done. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs. If we need another house call, we will specifically ask for these two wonderful young men!

The company is top grade. When I called to make an appointment it was easy. They were very good on making an appointment the very next day even when I called after 6:00pm.
