I requested an appointment and your tech came out to give me a quote. Honestly, what i anticipated to be a $250 fee to fix a broken cable turned into a $784 "fix everything" upsell which i felt was not needed and unnecessary. Your tech (Daray) kept rattling off charges up to around $500 just to "fix" the door but made it clear that it may not be fixed and that i needed to do the $799 package (which he took a few dollars off). I do not believe my door needed anything more than a new cable that snapped and your tech essentially forced me into an $800 fix that should have been a $250 fix. He was here for 51 minutes start to finish. Extremely disappointed in this type of service when i am at a disadvantage with COVID happening and needing my door fixed. They were not wearing PPE either which did not make me nor my wife happy since they had to go through the house to make the repair.

I have used precision door before to have springs replaced, they came over within a few hours l was very pleased. Today they were on time and did the repairs in a timely matter

As a small business owner myself I am very critical of the way other business employees handle themselves while at my home. With that being said I am super impressed with the technicians (Daray) performance on my job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative on all the work performed on my door. We have lived in our home for 10 years now and our door has never run as smooth and quiet as it does now. Thanks Precision Overhead Door and a big shout out to my man Daray for a job well done. All I can say is Precision better treat this tech with the highest respect or I may just swoop him up for my team.

They couldn't come on Sunday, which is why I called them because I thought they were 24/7. They did come Monday morning and they did a great job. They explained everything to me and completed the work today. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable. I really give him 5 stars. Daray really did a good job. Great job. Spring broke Friday at 5PM. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 24 hours. Andrew was professional and communicated well as our time window neared and was able to service our garage door in between our boys basketball games. I highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door needs.

The service associates showed up at the top of the time window, made recommendations, and were able to fix our issue in a same day visit. Garage door opener broke, I believe he called the boom arm broke and door wouldn't go up, made a call, received quick same day service at a fair price. Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and fast.
