On Saturday evening, our 2 garage/single door developed a cable problem on one side of system, rendering our door inoperable. I made call to Precision Overhead Garage on Sunday morning. By 4:20 pm same day, Service Tech Conner had arrived, evaluated and fixed all that was wrong with our garage door. We appreciated Conner's good attitude and efficient process. I highly recommend Precision's services and would use them again.

Daray Ferguson was our technician. He was personable, friendly, and knows garage doors! He was a fountain of information and had our door working just great by the time he left. We did not have one major problem but had lots of minor problems that he took care of. We needed 12 new rollers and a new operator bracket. Garage door works like a charm now! If we have any future concerns about our garage door we will definitely reach out to Precision and ask for Daray again! He did a great job and as I said, he knows garage doors!

We are a prior customer. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job over 10 years ago, we just now had to have some minor work done. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs. If we need another house call, we will specifically ask for these two wonderful young men!

The company is top grade. When I called to make an appointment it was easy. They were very good on making an appointment the very next day even when I called after 6:00pm. When the technician got here I had solved the problem. Conrad was very understanding. Said there would not be a charge. If, I have problems in the future I will definitely call them.

Tyler diagnose our problem gave us a estimate. He indicated he had every thing on his truck to do the repair. Their was no pressure to correct the problem (as the door was working at that time). We new it was only a mater of time before it broke again. Tyler gave us three options to do the repair, we chose the 5 year warrantee. Tyler went to work and 1 1/2 hours our garage door is like new. Tyler has a great attitude good personality and represent precision door very well, I would recommend precision to anyone needing a garage door repaired . Dave A

The arrival time of our technician was miscommunicated. We were told an 8:00 am to 12:00 pm window by phone and confirming email. The technician was given a 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm window. The work performed was very satisfactory and the technician was knowledgeable and most courteous and informative. If it wouldn't have been the issue of the time frame within the work was expected to be performed I would have given a 5 star rating.

By far the best service I’ve gotten from any company in a long long time. I had issues with my garage door. I call Precision Door on Thursday. They schedules me an appointment Sunday. They could’ve been here Saturday. But that didn’t work for me. They said they would be here 8:00-12:00. They called at 8:00 arrived at 8:10. Fixed my in no time. Thank you

Alex did a great job and was very informative. Another company told us our opener was old and needed replacement because a RPM sensor was going bad and the sensor was obsolete. Turns out our opener doesn’t even have that sensor. I would highly recommend Precision Thank you Alex.

We had a garage door torsion spring break recently and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was amazing to work with! They were able to get us a same-day appointment and they arrived with all of the required parts and equipment to fix it at that same appointment. They were also able to provide us with an exact cost estimate based on what we needed fixed, there were no added charges or fees. Garrett Browne was our technician and he arrived earlier than our scheduled time window. He was very professional and courteous and did not try to "upsell" us at all on replacing anything more than what was really necessary. He was able to replace our torsion spring and a couple of other parts very quickly and the door works flawlessly. We will definitely be using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all of our future garage door needs, we were very impressed with their service.
