Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished. The door has never worked so smoothly. It's a small thing but his work also looks professional. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

Our 14 year old garage door spring failed during the holidays. I was shocked to speak to an actual person when I called Precision Door at around 8:30 on a Sunday! They had their technician Daray come out on a Sunday (the same day I called) late in the day! He did a tremendous job replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and installing a new key pad. This business exemplifies customer service! Daray is a hard and knowledgeable worker with an amazing attitude. I was very impressed with their availability, friendly phone staff, and professional work! I will highly recommend Daray and Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door service!!!

Same day appointment, on time as promised called when he was a half away. Very nice gentleman diagnosed the problem with the door explained what was wrong gave us options of what needed to be done. When he finished he had us come out and try the door to make sure we were satisfied before we paid for the service. We highly recommend Precision!! We were very pleased with his work.

I had an excellent experience with Precision. From the start, the website was easy to access and to schedule an appointment. Then the Technician (Daray) was great with communicating when he was on his way; and then he was right on time. I needed new remotes; but he inspected everything with the doors, the motor, and the remotes. He explained my options-with pros and cons and the associated costs … very patiently and clearly. Then he completed the necessary work very quickly and efficiently. I know I will need to replace my garage doors at some point: and I’ll be calling Precision …and asking specifically for Daray. I am even sharing my experience on my neighborhood FB page as our community is always asking for and sharing recommendations for home repairs.

Precision was the second company I called for a bid on a new garage door. The first company didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me! Ryan came out right away, showed me what I could order and gave me a good price. We ordered on the spot. It took a long time to build our door, but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful and works perfectly. I can't remember the installer's name but he did a great job! He arrived on time and left everything clean and neat in less time than we thought possible. We made the right choice.
