I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Precision Doors KC! I had a very unique situation with my doors and this company from the salesman to the management to the installers exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and work of Installer Luis Reyes exceeded the standards and made the project stress free. Thank you Precision.

Dylan Shorts of Precision installed a new garage door lifter for us. He called to give us an ETA which was well in the early portion of the promised arrival window. We had a thorough discussion of alternative fixes to our problems and once a path was chosen he said he could proceed immediately and worked under the continued duress of my many questions (and with a happy attiitude) and even took delight at our appreciation of the new install. In Sshort the whole experience was very satisfying! It's a pleasure to deal with a professional.

We knew we made the right choice going with Precision for our new garage door opener. So much more quieter than our old garage door opener. Luis was our installer and was right on time as scheduled. He was fantastic. Can’t say enough about him as he answered all our concerns and questions. Very highly recommend Precision Overhead Door to everyone.

Broken spring on the garage door. Unable to open it or get our car out. Called on a Sunday afternoon and Conner was at our house within an hour. Efficient and knowledgeable. Safety check on both doors - estimate for work to be done. Completed within the afternoon. Very satisfied with the service.

I really didn't like your representive quoting me a $795 price, them I called Overhead Door of KC Got a lower price. Then the price from you was dropped $200. That smacks price inflation. This makes me very suspicious of your original price. I think this is bad business practice!!!!

Daray Ferguson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He repairs our garage door in a timely manner. He was at our house the same day we called which helped us out. Daray explained everything he was replacing and why it needed to be replaced. We would call them again if we have problems and recommend Daray and the company to others.

I chose you because we had used you before with a positive result. The appointment process was easy and we received service the same day as the call. Tyler S is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He walked us through every step of the way explaining as he went. I have a better understanding of how my new opener works now than I did before. I feel very confident with the product that was installed and with the service that we received from Tyler S. Great Job !!!

It started out rough when you sent out a rookie and he tried to sell me everything except a new kitchen sink. When he told me that my current motor had a broken sprocket and I needed a new motor, neither of which were true, I sent him packing. Someone from Precision then followed up with me and asked if it was ok to send out another tech and I agreed. That tech was Daray Ferguson who was extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and friendly. He absolutely would be the only reason that I would use Precision in the future. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. It was nice having someone that when they told you something needed to be replaced, I had no doubts that I needed to do it.

Five star review for Precision, in particular Daray Ferguson, who did an awesome job with our garage door. Daray was extremely outgoing, explained the reason behind everything he did, and tried to get us every discount he possibly could. Daray stayed at our house until 10 PM to make sure the job got done once, and got done right, and even came back the next day to check on our system and make sure it was running smoothly, and that I could connect it to the app. Highly recommend this company and this technician.

Very nice young man, Conner Karl, was helpful explaining the cause of the problem with my remote opener and keypad. Explained why I was having theses problems. He talked to me about alternatives rather than replacing my garage door opener. After a informantive discussion with this young man, I decided it was best to replace my garage door opener because of its age. He was very helpful setting up the wi-fi connection for the opener as I don't get on ladders. I would highly recommend your company, especially this technician.

I love my new garage door opener, Daray Ferguson did a great job I was very happy with the job he did. I will be even happier when the seal settles so no little critters can get under it. But I understand that will take a couple of weeks

Awesome company!! We recently purchased and had 2 new garage doors (one double and one single) with new door openers installed. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, service, timeliness and quality from start to finish. Gary Kolek, who came to our home to meet with us, was outstanding and took the time to listen and provided multiple options. Crystal and Beau in the office kept us updated on the status of our order and coordinated installation without any hiccups. Finally, Luis and Josh were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the door installation. We highly recommend Precision Door!!

I called and a technician came a few hours later, explained what he could do, what it would cost, options etc, noticed my veterans license plate, asked my age, told me about discounts. Conner was friendly, professional, answered my questions, and got to work, and we are very pleased with the results.
