I called this morning to have our 15 year old garage opener replaced. I had an appointment later that afternoon. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. The tech explained in detail the different options I had to to replace my older unit. Within two hours the job was completed and I absolutely love our new garage door opener. Inquired online about getting a quote for a new garage door and within no more than a couple hours (on a Sunday!), I received a phone call to set up a time for a representative to come out to my house to give me a quote. It happened they had a time available the next day later in the afternoon. Garreth, one of their representatives, came out, answered all the questions and concerns I could think of, (and there were a lot) and I ended up purchasing a new garage door! Garreth was informative, courteous, and helpful. There are a lot of choices to make but we (rather, I think he persevered with me—lol!) got it done. So far so good and I’m excited to have my new garage door installed in the next few weeks.

We had used Precision Door many years ago so when my garage door spring broke late last night I called Precision Door. Daray Ferguson, my assigned technician, called me at 8:00 am to tell me he was on his way. I was thrilled since I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage! I was stuck!
