I had an excellent experience with Precision. From the start, the website was easy to access and to schedule an appointment. Then the Technician (Daray) was great with communicating when he was on his way; and then he was right on time. I needed new remotes; but he inspected everything with the doors, the motor, and the remotes. He explained my options-with pros and cons and the associated costs … very patiently and clearly. Then he completed the necessary work very quickly and efficiently. I know I will need to replace my garage doors at some point: and I’ll be calling Precision …and asking specifically for Daray. I am even sharing my experience on my neighborhood FB page as our community is always asking for and sharing recommendations for home repairs.

Precision was the second company I called for a bid on a new garage door. The first company didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me! Ryan came out right away, showed me what I could order and gave me a good price. We ordered on the spot. It took a long time to build our door, but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful and works perfectly. I can't remember the installer's name but he did a great job! He arrived on time and left everything clean and neat in less time than we thought possible. We made the right choice.

Precision came to my home on August 27 to give me a bid for replacing two garage doors. I told the rep. what I wanted and he said he would give me a cost estimate by Monday August 30. It is now September 4th I have yet to hear back. If this is the type of attention a potential customer gets I wonder what kind of service the company provides its customers. Very disappointed.

We called another company on the 25th for service on our garage door. They couldn't come until the 27th and when they got there, they said the don't work on that brand. I googled and saw your ad and called your number. The young lady set me up for a couple of hours later that same day. Tyler and another young man showed up LESS than a couple of hours later. They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable on the brand we had. They explained what the problem was, mentioned some maintenance concerns and fixed everything quickly. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend your company to anyone who asks. P.S. Your ad was one of the best I've seen on the net.

Mark was our service guy to come by and look at my springs and cable that busted. He was nice and friendly and he estimated the job. He was in and out pretty quick as well. He was VERY knowledgeable for the task at hand and explained everything from start to finish. He was also very respectful about my property and all. We have used Precision ever since we moved into this new house 4.5 years ago. They have been out before, to replace a motor after an electrical storm burned it out. Daray Ferguson came out this time to fix broken springs in the main garage door. It was a Renner 300lb double door and was never balanced appropriately when installed. The springs weren't turned the way they were supposed to be when we moved in, so in less then 5 years (the warranty on the springs), they snapped. Daray was very honest and great at explaining the issues we had. More importantly, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubricated everything that needed it, to ensure the longevity of the units. We will be contacting Renner for reimbursement on a new set of springs due to the warranty on those springs. Very satisfied with Precision!

Precision Door installed my beautiful garage door last year--my house is old and really not well designed for a garage door but Daray did a great job getting creative and coming up with a solution so that I could have an automatic opener. Fast forward to this year, my garage door needed to be reset (the door would "bounce back" up after trying to close). I accidentally called the wrong company to come fix it and they sent a guy who came to my house, looked at the setup, said he said there's no way to fix it (my LiftMaster system is in an odd location to accommodate my weird garage layout), said my garage wasn't meant for an opener and left. I called Precision immediately (who I meant to call all along) and they sent someone out the next morning. Garrett and his trainee were very friendly and though they had some challenges, ultimately fixed my issue quickly. They even consulted Daray, who answered their questions and helped them brainstorm on his day off. I'm so thankful they could fix it and will definitely make sure I call the correct company first with my garage issues in the future!
