Garage door opener broke, I believe he called the boom arm broke and door wouldn't go up, made a call, received quick same day service at a fair price. Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Very impressive company. I called on a Sat. morning and was told a tech would be at my house between 4-8. He was there at 7 and done by 8. The techs name is Daray and did a great job. One more thing it had iced all night and snowed most of the day.

Great experience from start to finish, from the late night call to the 24 hour assistance line to job being completed. One of our springs broke late night, the day after Christmas. As promised on the website, they had a tech onsite ready to do the repair in under 24 hours (12 hours to be exact). The Tech Andrew was very thorough, explained what needed to be repaired and also walked me through some preventative repairs/maintenance that would help the life of the whole door system without making me feel pressured. Thanks again for making this first experience a great one.

I called Precision today (a Saturday) and they had a tech out in about 3 hours. Daray Ferguson did an outstanding job. He saw immediately that the strut was bent and that the top panel had issues. This guy knows his stuff... He made sure everything was assembled correctly (fixing the last company's screw-up) and everything was adjusted properly. I am very happy with Daray and the company!

I had a spring and steel bar break; making it impossible to raise my garage door. This was a real problem considering my van was trapped inside. I immediately got on the internet and googled garage repair places. Precision Door caught my eye because of the no extra charge on weekends and evenings; they also would be out the same day as I called. I further researched and saw they were in good standing with the BBB and an award recipient of Home Advisor. They had five star reviews, as well. Andrew was my technichian. He arrived within the specified time and was personable, cheery, knowledgable, and efficient. He gave me a choice of three different repairs and price ranges. I went with the highest because it took care of what I needed done and even more, but was still in a price range that I felt extremely reasonable. I so appreciate all that Andrew did and his professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I used this company before for a repair and called them when the garage door opener quit working. The guys came to my house in less than three hours and had a new one installed very quickly. Instructions were provided. Both men were friendly and cleaned up afterwards.

Just had Andrew H. out to our house this afternoon to repair our garage door opener. Andrew was fantastic! Personable, friendly, and provided exceptional service! He came the same day we called (and earlier than his scheduled time, at that!). He clearly explained the work he provided. And although we were not in the market to replace our garage doors at this time (though they could use it!), we will certainly go with Precision Door when that time comes. Thanks so much!

I chose Precision because I saw it as I passed to and from work. Had a broken spring on one of my doors. Very professional service! Andrew, the tech that came out was very professional, extremely helpful regarding my garage door concerns, just a really cool guy. My wife and I were very pleased with our service. The company was very responsive to my request for a quote and the employees were very friendly etc...However, I went with a different company for the reasons listed below. I had requested a quote for two garage doors. One was a 7x16 door and the other was a 7x8 door. I received quotes from Precision and another reputable firm for the exact SAME doors. 1) the initial quote was $1,175 higher than another firm for the EXACT same door...mfr, style, color, glass, etc... 2) After no response from me for about a week due to having a much better quote, Precision door called me to let me know that they could do much better on the price. This was by “waiving” the $650 of installation fees. Then, they could greatly reduce the cost by making a color change. This got them to the same price as the other firm. Read on.... 3) What Precision door did not disclose was that the less expensive “color” was a much cheaper product because....the wood grain was in a single direction instead of bi-directional and the finish was painted as opposed to being a baked on finish. In the end, they got to the same price as another reputable firm that was providing a better product (better finish). Everything else about the product was the same...same mfr, same series of door, same glass, etc... Anyway, I went with the firm that was up front and didn’t play games. Very disappointed in the business tactics used by Precision...no business from me.

My garage door broke. I had used Precision before with wonderful success. Andrew Halvorsen was dispatched to inspect and perform any repairs. He was absolutely wonderful and I ended up ordering a new door from Precision with his most competent help. Just loved him. The day of installation October 30, 2019 unfortunately Andrew was not the installer and the technician that arrived was argumentative and lectured me on my purchase of a Direct Drive (Sommer) garage door opener I purchased independently for installation. He admitted he had never seen them before. I called the office to complain about his ugly attitude and although I was assured they would speak with him only a slight improvement was seen. Amazing that the Precision would allow any employee to treat a customer like that. This is not at all the experience I have EVER had with Precision! Bravo Andrew you are a star the other employees could learn a lot from you.

Previous reviews were good so I contacted them. I needed new remotes for the garage doors. They were able to send Andrew in less than 24 hours. He was great! Kind, quick, and efficient.
