Precision Door installed a garage door and door opener for us in 2009. We’ve had no troubles since. Our exterior keypad was not working effectively in the cold weather and they replaced it with a new, working, keypad in 30 minutes. With our garage opener 15 years old, a new one is probably required in the near future. If so, we will definitely have precision door replace it. Great job by Connor Carl today.

Daray the tech called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself, assessed the problem and had the door closing in just a short period of time. Daray also answered a few more questions that I had. I know there are a lot of garage door companies to choose from but I have seen your commercials on TV and like that you work weekends, maintain fully stocked truck, have company vehicle and uniforms that lets people know it is you up on arrival. I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to others. I also plan on getting a service tune up in the early spring. In 2019 I had two torsion springs replaced for $183. Thanks to inflation, the price for my service yesterday was 4 times that! (Included springs and bearing replacement). With that said, the service I received was extremely professional and fast. From the very responsive chat, I booked the appointment minutes after hearing the spring break in the garage. Tyler was here by 9:00 the next day and finished the work shortly thereafter. Reviews matter, because that is how I made my decision to use Precision. Thank you.

Very happy with Precision services and technician Daray Ferguson. He arrived and we reviewed the issues and was able to quickly assess the changes and updates needed to resolve. as he was working to fix the initial issues, he brought to our attention structural items that were not correct and with approvals could be brought up to date and provide a more complete resolution. We are very happy with the final work and the garage door operates the smoothest it has ever been and seals with the garage eliminating some gaps which let in lots of cold air and smooth operation which should extend the life of our door opener. Highly recommend d Precision services!

I had a broken cable and wanted to replace it. Precision Doors tried to fix a lot of things I didn't need. I was quoted from $1400.00 down to $470.00 to fix it. I had another well established company fix the cable for under $200.00 that didn't try to sell stuff I didn't need !!!

I just received a quote last night from a nice gentleman at Precision. I've used Precision in the past, which is why I called this time when my spring broke. When provided the quote, I was surprised in the cost. I told the gentleman we were going to get another quote, and he asked if he could call his boss to see if there were any discounts that could be provided, in which he returned and stated that no, the cost he provided was the best you could do. I called a neighbor friend of mine who's in construction and he provided me his door guy. When I called him, he laughed and said he loved I'd gotten a quote from Precisioin and not to share any of the dollar amounts bidded, just the materials and labor. He then added up with his cost, and surprisingly, to do the same work, with the same materials, he was less than 1/3 of the cost. He still doesn't know what I was quoted by you all, but said he gets calls all the time. I will tell you this is a bit disturbing, and I will use his business (and it is a business, a competitor of yours actually), and I will share his information with everyone I know, including my entire subdivision, whos houses are just as old as mine. It's unfortunate you all charge so much. Just wanted to share, as people talk, and this cost savings is definetely something that will talked about by me. Thank you, Kelly Wright

Great people, they sh pop wed up on time and checked it all over as it would not open or close. They tried everting and then we tried my truck remote and it now works. Haven’t use the remote for 6 years. Asked them to replace wall switch but there’s wouldn’t connect! NO charge I I REPEAT NO charge!!!!! Great company and service. You cannot go wrong. USE THEM
