The tech Steve was great. Cable on the door came off the drum and wrapped around the spring. Cables and spring are less than a year old. I still had to pay a $80.00 service fee for something that shouldn’t have happened with new hardware that was less than a year old.

He replaced the springs, rollers and ball bearings on my main garage door and performed maintenance on my other garage door in a little over one hour.

Precision employee arrived at my house. After checking on my single garage door he determined that the two door springs installed last fall were the wrong size. He made a call to someone regarding the wrongly installed door springs. He explained that I could choose to replace them at a cost of $60.00 or just adjust them for free. I decided to do the free adjustment because I shouldn’t have to pay for the proper springs to be installed on my door. The installer also told me that a sales manager or someone from Precision Garage Door would call me on Monday. As of 11 o’clock Monday night no one has called me I’m not real happy with the service.

Our service tech, Alex, was extremely helpful in diagnosing our problem and offering us options as to how to remedy the situation. He was prompt, courteous, personable and knowledgeable in products available to us. We called and set our appointment for Saturday February 10th. Again, Alex called and arrived earlier than the appointed time. Work was completed in a timely manner with no interruptions. When finished, Alex took the time to walk me thru all the functions of our new opener, answered all my questions and helped me set up your phone app. We are extremely pleased with the work Alex performed and his professionalism. We wish him the best in his upcoming move.
