Was having issues with both of our garage doors - one not working at all and the other making strange noises. Called Precision and they came out the same day. Complete replacement of my opener was a little high in price but the repairman gave many options. We were able to come to an acceptable conclusion. Repairman was friendly, did exceptional work and cleaned up the mess. All in all, very happy with the service.

After our garage door needed service, on a Sunday afternoon, we called Precision, as this was the second time we have used them. I was concerned about the timing as there looked to be some rain the next day. Tyler was there by 9:15 Monday morning, provided several options for replacement, had finished by 10:30, was professional, respectful of my time and polite even noticing that we had both served in the military.

Duray Ferguson, the technician, was prompt, explained what he would do to correct the garage door issues, and quoted me the prices and what he felt were the advisable steps in addition to repairing the spring. He said he was a senior technician and was courteous, professional, efficient, and neat. He predicted the time period to complete the work and he worked diligently too. I could not be more pleased with this company. The technician assigned to me, reached out prior to his visit, to ensure that he had what would be needed to repair, what I thought was going to be needed, before he arrived. After a quick diagnostic, Tyler discovered that a bad bearing on one of the door pulleys, was at fault. I was ready to have the whole operator replaced, after dealing with a faulty system for weeks. However, a quick swap of the pulley, and a few wire adjustments, and everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician, as I had had a far different experience with the first company I had come out. I will definitely be using Precision garage doors in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.
