I went on Angi's list for a recommendation and Precision was the first to pop up so I called the number for Independence. Thankfully a technition was able to come out that day. He was very personable and explained everything and gave us an estimate and explanation on what needed to be done and what the cost was going to be. He did the work in a timely manner. We appreciated that there was no service charge; especially on a Holiday. We would definitely recommend Precision. Your office personnel were very nice and helpful as well.

Rich did a good job helping with a malfunctioning reverse sensor do-hickey. Major work had been done by Precision Garage door to my garage door back in 2020. My garage door was built in 1951 but has worked perfectly these last four years.

The technician that came out to repair my garage door was courteous, professional and very knowledgable and informative about what the problem was with my door. He explained what caused the problem and informed me of the condition on all the other components of the door. They reponded within a couple of hours after calling them and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again myself when needed in the future.

I contacted your company to have my garage door lubricated. The representative that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair quickly. I have only one complaint and it deals with price. When I called to make the appointment, I actually knew exactly what was needed and asked what the cost would be? I was told about $50.00 (actually $48.00 and change) by the woman who took the call. When the Rep came out, suddenly the price grew...and grew...and GREW!!! Obviously, I understood it was going to be more depending on additional services but I did not want additional services; I just wanted the lubrication. The Rep said the price for that was $125.00! When I asked what happened to the $50.00 that I was quoted, he actually said to me "Do you really think I would come all the way out here for $50.00?" You know, I have worked in customer service all of my adult life and that was probably the rudest comment I have ever received from a company Rep. I realize I must be very naive about prices and truly did not have an issue paying more. My issue is that I was quoted $50.00 and that's what I expected to pay and then I was rudely told that your company wouldn't even come out for that amount? Then why quote that amount???

I have not had problems with my garage until now, so this is my first time acquiring garage door services. I received a coupon in my mail saying that Precision would give a quote/estimate for free, and I'm glad I went with them. My service technician, London, was running ahead of schedule and was able to assess my garage door earlier than expected. He was polite and seemed very knowledgeable and like he cared about the job being done right. Upon assessing my garage, he explained to me how my garage doors had been installed poorly and what he could do to make it right. He gave me an honest quote and explained clearly what urgently needed to be done and what could wait, so that I could save money on this particular job. He educated me on what I could expect in the future in terms of the garage doors and my garage itself, which is detached and has a foundation that is settling, partially contributing to the problems with the doors in addition to past poor installation; he then fixed everything I agreed to, rapidly, the same day. I'm able to park in my garage again. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this company to friends.

I called Tuesday afternoon and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8 and noon. Marquez called me at 8:05 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived before 8:30. He diagnosed the cause of my malfunctioning garage door in minutes and had it fully functioning again before 9:00. I don't remember ever having a better service call experience. Thank you.

We have used Precision Garage Door in the past when we lived in Las Vegas and the service was superb and we were so glad that they provide service in the area in Missouri where we live. I called needing the battery replaced and they came same day and took care of the problem. Service was outstanding. They did need to come back to do some adjusting and again came same day. The technicians who came, Steve Ray and Daray Ferguson were both extremely courteous and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service. You can't go wrong.

I was told by the salesman that installing a new door that my gab at the bottom of door and the cement would be covered but I still have a gab. He said the bottom sweep would cover it but the installer said it would not work and it didn't.
