Daray F. did a great job repairing our 500+ pound garage door. He did it the right way after many years of replacing broken springs on a door that had never been installed properly by the builder. He was thorough and made a few trips back to the shop to ensure he had all of the correct parts and stayed late to complete the work. I would highly recommend him.

I have used this company both personally and have referred them to clients through my real estate business and have been completely satisfied. They show up when they say they will, they do what they are asked to do and are good at giving the customer details on what is needed for the repair and why. Thank you for such fast and courteous service. The technician replaced the broken springs on our garage door and installed a new opener. ( The old opener was 20+ years old and broken). He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what repairs were needed. He made sure that I understood all the functions of the new opener. He was very pleasant.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Precision, from the service rep who answered the phone to the technician, Daray Ferguson, who provided the service. I was able to get service the same day I called, and Daray blew me away with his knowledge and his ability to diagnose the problem. Based on this experience, I give you five stars. I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. I’ll be calling them for the new opener in the near future. Thanks again and much appreciation to Daray for a job well done. I will definitely be making any referrals I can.

Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished. The door has never worked so smoothly. It's a small thing but his work also looks professional. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

Our 14 year old garage door spring failed during the holidays. I was shocked to speak to an actual person when I called Precision Door at around 8:30 on a Sunday! They had their technician Daray come out on a Sunday (the same day I called) late in the day! He did a tremendous job replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and installing a new key pad. This business exemplifies customer service! Daray is a hard and knowledgeable worker with an amazing attitude. I was very impressed with their availability, friendly phone staff, and professional work! I will highly recommend Daray and Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door service!!!
