I made an appointment this morning(6/26/23) and they were here by 1pm. My tech Daray was so knowledgeable and know exactly what the problem was, Had it fixed to perfection in under an hour. That's amazing. I highly recomend Precision Door service

The spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called another company on Thursday they could have a technican out the nex day. Unfortunately there was no techinicans avialable on Friday. They would have someone out on Monday by 11:00 am no calls or no one showed up so I cancelled their service. We called Precision at 11:00 am and Tyler and Brian were out at 1:30 pm. the SAME DAY!! Both gentlemen were very polite and gave us three options to choose from. Explaining each of them and said they had what we needed to get the job done right now. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The customer service was excellent.

To be honest, the reason we called Precision was because of the professionalism of tech we had the first time. I dont believe we will be calling again after this repair. This tech was knowledgeable but obviously worked for commission. At no fault of Precision, I believe the bar that goes through the springs wasnt installed level and is causing the bearings to wear prematurely. We werent in a position to pay $1000 at this time so we opted to only replace the springs. While everything was apart i asked he would mind lowering the bearing plates which consisted of 2 bolts/nuts per side. Was told no since i wasn’t replacing the actual bearings. I then asked if i could lower them myself since everything was apart and no tension on the springs but also no. This may have taken me a minute…more time to move the ladder than removing the 2 nuts and retightening them. We’re happy they were able to schedule us same day since our cars were trapped but this tech wasn’t interested in helping us out. Oh well, lesson learned.

I called you because you were close. The rubber on the bottom of the door had broken off in places. The serviceman was very friendly and explained the product I needed. I had been having trouble with my garage door. It wouldn't open and I had seen the commercial for Precision Door Service. Chatted with an agent and got set up for a visit to the house the same day. I was called and advised Brian S. was on his way and I left work to met him. Super nice young man, explained that my 2001 logistic board was out and no parts were available, which I understand at the age of it, advised of the cost and fixed it within an hour the same day. What a relieve. It runs quieter, smaller unit, light even works. Thank you so much. Real relief. They are a five star company.

Top notch company. Spoke with Mikayla to get help with a broken garage door spring. She was great- courteous, asked good questions, very professional. She had a technician at my house within an hour of my call. Alex was the tech. He inspected the door, explained the spring failure, told me what fix needed to be done, did it in about 15 minutes, tested the spring, we did the paperwork, I paid the bill, and that was that. He could not have been nicer or more professional. If I ever need more work on my garage, I’ll call Precision!
