Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

Greetings: My technician, Karl Conner, was a very courteous and professional young man whose expertise was of a paramount level. He fixed my garage door opener and explained ALL the parts of my old garage door, plus ALL the reasons why I was due for a new one.
