One of the torsion springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Saturday night. We were able to get one of our cars out of the garage in case of emergency but being fairly new to the area had no idea who to call until I remembered Precision. I called and the person on the other end was courteous and responsive. We were able to set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day which was a Sunday. The technician was also courteous and professional and walked us through the options and process. We are very happy with our total experience with Precision and will recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors.

I had a spring break on my garage door, which was a very disturbing situation. I called Precision and they dispatched an incredible team to my house to fix my problem. London and Conner were awesome, and also checked out my other garage door springs and found them to be rusty and would certainly break in the near future...they repaired ALL my garage doors all in the same day. That allowed us to have peace of mind and not to be concerned about another dangerous garage spring breakage. Thank you for your very quick response and the quality Team that did an amazing job!!

Precision Garage Door Service is truly a name that you can trust. This was a minor fix issue where a roller had jumped out of the track. Our Aspen doors are 2 years old. DARAY came in and immediately analyzed the problem. Within minutes he had made the necessary adjustments and made the door operate better than it was when first installed.

I was disappointed in the fact that the door is not fixed and ask for a verbal estimate and the quoted over 600.00 for two bottom panels the whole door was 900 installed. I ask about senior citizen discount couldn’t give a straight answer saw your add on TV very disappointed I see your company is all about the dollar thanks but no thanks

Precision Customer Service were pleasant and able to schedule my broken spring problem. Senior Technician Daray F. was on time, polite and quickly evaluated my garage door system. He asked for my feedback on how the garage door was working before the spring broke. Daray went over just how the garage door is suppose to work, along with the components and adjustments he would recommend to rehab my 20 yr. old garage. He explained my discounts and invoice thoroughly. Senior Tech Daray finished the work in just the time he said. Precision has an outstanding service team. Very displeased ... was told the work that was going to be done that did not end up getting done. The employee that did the work is no longer with the company makes me Wonder if it was something he Unprofessionally did. But now i'm trying to make me pay more for it. Got work done on February 14th 2024. On both of my garage doors, the one that I paid the most for As far as garage door opener, it was told he would replace rollers. And springs is broken. I spoke with General Manager . He was very rude And so was the driver, (not the Passenger) at my location.. Would never come back to Precision. I've moved on and asking another company to take care of the problem. They do not live by their motto in their commercial . All I can say is Karma happens To those that do wrong.
