Daray the tech called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself, assessed the problem and had the door closing in just a short period of time. Daray also answered a few more questions that I had. I know there are a lot of garage door companies to choose from but I have seen your commercials on TV and like that you work weekends, maintain fully stocked truck, have company vehicle and uniforms that lets people know it is you up on arrival. He arrived and we reviewed the issues and was able to quickly assess the changes and updates needed to resolve. as he was working to fix the initial issues, he brought to our attention structural items that were not correct and with approvals could be brought up to date and provide a more complete resolution.
