I found you online after KC Overhead door told me that they couldn’t get here until Thursday. While you couldn’t get here yesterday as advertised, I decided to give your company a chance. Your Sr. Tech DaRay arrive the next morning and was great! I was impressed by his expert assessment of the issue and his ability to solve it in a quick and efficient manner. He’s great at his job! The price was reasonable too. I wrote about DaRay and your company on the “Neighbors” app and gave you a total recommendation. I hope it helps.

I used Precision a couple of years ago and was completely satisfied so when I needed more work done I called Precision and wow was I impressed. They set up an appointment for that afternoon and showed up right on time. The technician Daray Ferguson was fantastic. He was polite,courteous, friendly and very professional. Daray explained every step of the process throughly and precisely and made sure that I understood completely. The installation was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Daray and thanks Precision!

Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

Daray did an amazing job. I thought I was just getting an estimate today, a few hours later I had a perfectly performing garage door. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I knew it would be a complicated job but he handled it like a true craftsman. I plan to use Precision for any/all overhead door issues I may have in the future.

The customer service was great from the chat on the phone to the notification by the service person (Duray) that he was on his way. Duray was very professional and did a great job on the door he was working on. Very concise about what was needed and the time it would take as well as the accurate quotes for the work he was to do. Lower than a 1*** I have tried to call the owner of the company with no reply. I had Daray, come out on Sunday 7/24/22 to repair spring that had broke. He told me he would give me a senior discount because I have grey hair. No big deal, but he tried to tell me the repairs would cost $2400. I said that was way to high for repairing a spring, so he adjusted the quote to a lower warranty period for $1600. I told him no and asked if he would help me raise the door to get cars out, he said it would be $200. I told him no and asked him to leave. Got both springs replaced today by a great guy that even looked at my 3rd car garage for $300. This company needs to look at their employees. This guy is a crook.

Daray was AWESOME!!! He did a through walk through and explanation of what and why I was having problems with my garage door. He didn't get frustrated with all my questions and me asking him to repeat so that I had a clear understanding. LOL!!! Once we agreed on which option I would have done he immediately proceeded to work to get the door in working order. Even after I changed my mind (when he was almost done!!!) and decided on a different option Daray was very nice and accommodating. I commend anyone that works in the heat and provide quality workmanship. The Service Performed and Purchase a new Product? needs to be updated to be able to select more than one product)

I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.

I was impressed from the first call to completion of work with the friendliness and quick response to my call. The repairman seemed knowledgeable about the repairs that needed doing. I added a couple of things that needed attention and he took care of those. I would highly recommend Precision.

I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

Especially impressive was Daray’s notice that the lift bar initially installed on the door was not correct , was meant for a wood door . Daray Ferguson was my technician, and he was pleasant, friendly, knowlegeable, quick, and thourogh. Diagnosed problem very quickly, worked quickly to present me with an estimate. Worked capably and quickly to make the needed repair. Door works better now than it has in many years. Price, was reasonable. I'm a happy customer. It was my first time to use this company, I would have NO problem calling them in the future, should I have any problem with my other opener.
