Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. I had a garage door spring break the day before going out of town. So I called and go a same-day appt with 4-6pm arrival. I took off work early to be there. At 5:30pm, I received a call from technician that he did not have time to do the repair that day. I asked about coming the next morning, but he said he was already booked for the day and I'd have to reschedule. The technician still wanted to "accommodate" me by coming by to assess the problem and give a quote. I told him this was not necessary and not to come if he did not have time to replace the spring. This has been quite a frustrating experience, and I will not be a customer of Precision Door.
