Daray Ferguson was the technician that installed my mother's new Garage door opener. He was extremely helpful with what my mom needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable so very nice to speak with. We never felt rushed; he answered all our questions that we had for him. I would highly recommend Precision Doors should you every need any garage door/opener work done. Again, thank you Daray for your help with our project.

I was having some programming issues with my garage door opener. I called precision and they sent out a senior technician Daray Ferguson. He listen to my problem. He was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable on the issues I was having with my door. He was able to get my door working and also got the myQ app working as well. Thanks Daray, you did a great job.

I choose Precision due to free estimates. The technician started to suggest a complex procedure but stopped and listened and looked at what I explained happened. This resulted in a reasonable repair. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Daray Ferguson of Precision was simply "outstanding" in repairing our garage door where it was making loud noises when opening. Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition. His customer service and incredible knowledge of the door structure is un-matched in the industry and will be recommended to my community neighbors. Thank you for your incredible service and expertise - truly appreciated-!

A few years ago we had a problem with our garage door. We used Precision Garage Door Service for the first time. The technician was Daray Ferguson. He was awesome. He worked in a very efficient manner and took care of our problem. We were very pleased with his work and how professional he was. So, when the garage door started acting up again we called Precision again and asked for Daray. We were not disappointed! He fixed the door in no time. You can count on Precision Garage Door Service to get the job done!!

Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. We will be recommending and using them in the future. A+++ service!
