Precision Garage Door Service is truly a name that you can trust. This was a minor fix issue where a roller had jumped out of the track. Our Aspen doors are 2 years old. DARAY came in and immediately analyzed the problem. Within minutes he had made the necessary adjustments and made the door operate better than it was when first installed.

I was pleased to get an appointment scheduled soon after I called. I couldn't believe that a technician would actually arrive on Memorial Day--but it happened. Daray Ferguson was on time and patient. I have been in this home for 2 years and should have contacted your service much sooner. He took care of my problem and showed me some things to be aware of. Precision Customer Service were pleasant and able to schedule my broken spring problem. Senior Technician Daray F. was on time, polite and quickly evaluated my garage door system. He asked for my feedback on how the garage door was working before the spring broke. Daray went over just how the garage door is suppose to work, along with the components and adjustments he would recommend to rehab my 20 yr. old garage. He explained my discounts and invoice thoroughly. Senior Tech Daray finished the work in just the time he said. Precision has an outstanding service team. I had a garage door spring break the day before going out of town. So I called and go a same-day appt with 4-6pm arrival. I took off work early to be there. At 5:30pm, I received a call from technician that he did not have time to do the repair that day. I asked about coming the next morning, but he said he was already booked for the day and I'd have to reschedule. The technician still wanted to "accommodate" me by coming by to assess the problem and give a quote. I told him this was not necessary and not to come if he did not have time to replace the spring. This has been quite a frustrating experience, and I will not be a customer of Precision Door.

I just had a great experience with Precision. My garage wasn’t opening consistently and had a dent in a panel from it coming down on my car. The technician came out immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it within an hour and charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I initially was worried about paying a lot of money for repairs. Instead, I learned how Precision can get the job done both efficiently and cost-effectively. Daray the tech called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself, assessed the problem and had the door closing in just a short period of time. Daray also answered a few more questions that I had. I know there are a lot of garage door companies to choose from but I have seen your commercials on TV and like that you work weekends, maintain fully stocked truck, have company vehicle and uniforms that lets people know it is you up on arrival. I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to others. I also plan on getting a service tune up in the early spring. Very happy with Precision services and technician Daray Ferguson. He arrived and we reviewed the issues and was able to quickly assess the changes and updates needed to resolve. as he was working to fix the initial issues, he brought to our attention structural items that were not correct and with approvals could be brought up to date and provide a more complete resolution. We are very happy with the final work and the garage door operates the smoothest it has ever been and seals with the garage eliminating some gaps which let in lots of cold air and smooth operation which should extend the life of our door opener. Highly recommend d Precision services!
