I choose Precision due to free estimates. The technician started to suggest a complex procedure but stopped and listened and looked at what I explained happened. This resulted in a reasonable repair. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition. Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. The Technician Daray, arrived well within the defined time frame. He quickly reviewed the prior estimate, described his methodology and began to assemble his supplies and tools. Once the work was underway, he gladly responded to questions. I was impressed with his attention to detail, the work area and the maintaining a completely professional manner. Sarah paid particular attention to balancing the door, making adjustments to roller performance and installing a new opener on a really hot and humid day. Before I had anticipated, the work area was restored to its previous state of cleanliness, the opener was installed with all new hardware and was operating more quietly than ever before. This was Daray’s third service call in a ten-year period. Precision has become and will remain my go-to garage door/opener service provider through the future based on my experience with this technician. Keep up the customer service level!
