It started out rough when you sent out a rookie and he tried to sell me everything except a new kitchen sink. When he told me that my current motor had a broken sprocket and I needed a new motor, neither of which were true, I sent him packing. Someone from Precision then followed up with me and asked if it was ok to send out another tech and I agreed. That tech was Daray Ferguson who was extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and friendly. He absolutely would be the only reason that I would use Precision in the future. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. It was nice having someone that when they told you something needed to be replaced, I had no doubts that I needed to do it.

Daray was extremely outgoing, explained the reason behind everything he did, and tried to get us every discount he possibly could. We called on a Sunday with a broken coil spring, and Daray was out within a couple hours. He did a great job explaining the other issues with the door that may have caused the spring to break. We knew the door had other problems that we needed to have fixed. Daray had it operating quietly and smoothly within a couple hours with new springs, rollers, and bearings. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs.
