I can’t say enough excellent comments how impressed I am with Daray and his attention to my garage door maintenance ! Daray is such a polite young man and explained exactly what service he was completing. Especially impressive was Daray’s notice that the lift bar initially installed on the door was not correct , was meant for a wood door . Appreciated very much this being changed to the correct support bar. I will highly recommend Precision Door to all my friends and family ! Thank you so much for your excellent service !

Daray Ferguson was my technician, and he was pleasant, friendly, knowlegeable, quick, and thourogh. Diagnosed problem very quickly, worked quickly to present me with an estimate. Worked capably and quickly to make the needed repair. Door works better now than it has in many years. Price, was reasonable. I'm a happy customer. It was my first time to use this company, I would have NO problem calling them in the future, should I have any problem with my other opener.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Precision, from the service rep who answered the phone to the technician, Daray Ferguson, who provided the service. I was able to get service the same day I called, and Daray blew me away with his knowledge and his ability to diagnose the problem. Based on this experience, I give you five stars. I would recommend Precision to others, and if I should have any garage door needs in the future, I will call Precision.

I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. I’ll be calling them for the new opener in the near future. Thanks again and much appreciation to Daray for a job well done. I will definitely be making any referrals I can.

Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished. The door has never worked so smoothly. It's a small thing but his work also looks professional. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

Our 14 year old garage door spring failed during the holidays. I was shocked to speak to an actual person when I called Precision Door at around 8:30 on a Sunday! They had their technician Daray come out on a Sunday (the same day I called) late in the day! He did a tremendous job replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and installing a new key pad. This business exemplifies customer service! Daray is a hard and knowledgeable worker with an amazing attitude. I was very impressed with their availability, friendly phone staff, and professional work! I will highly recommend Daray and Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door service!!!

I had an excellent experience with Precision. From the start, the website was easy to access and to schedule an appointment. Then the Technician (Daray) was great with communicating when he was on his way; and then he was right on time. I needed new remotes; but he inspected everything with the doors, the motor, and the remotes. He explained my options-with pros and cons and the associated costs … very patiently and clearly. Then he completed the necessary work very quickly and efficiently. I know I will need to replace my garage doors at some point: and I’ll be calling Precision …and asking specifically for Daray. I am even sharing my experience on my neighborhood FB page as our community is always asking for and sharing recommendations for home repairs.

We have used Precision ever since we moved into this new house 4.5 years ago. They have been out before, to replace a motor after an electrical storm burned it out. Daray Ferguson came out this time to fix broken springs in the main garage door. It was a Renner 300lb double door and was never balanced appropriately when installed. The springs weren't turned the way they were supposed to be when we moved in, so in less then 5 years (the warranty on the springs), they snapped. Daray was very honest and great at explaining the issues we had. More importantly, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubricated everything that needed it, to ensure the longevity of the units. We will be contacting Renner for reimbursement on a new set of springs due to the warranty on those springs. Very satisfied with Precision!

I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.
