Lower than a 1*** I have tried to call the owner of the company with no reply. I had Daray, come out on Sunday 7/24/22 to repair spring that had broke. He told me he would give me a senior discount because I have grey hair. No big deal, but he tried to tell me the repairs would cost $2400. I said that was way to high for repairing a spring, so he adjusted the quote to a lower warranty period for $1600. I told him no and asked if he would help me raise the door to get cars out, he said it would be $200. I told him no and asked him to leave. Got both springs replaced today by a great guy that even looked at my 3rd car garage for $300. This company needs to look at their employees. This guy is a crook.

Daray was AWESOME!!! He did a through walk through and explanation of what and why I was having problems with my garage door. He didn't get frustrated with all my questions and me asking him to repeat so that I had a clear understanding. LOL!!! Once we agreed on which option I would have done he immediately proceeded to work to get the door in working order. Even after I changed my mind (when he was almost done!!!) and decided on a different option Daray was very nice and accommodating. I commend anyone that works in the heat and provide quality workmanship. The Service Performed and Purchase a new Product? needs to be updated to be able to select more than one product)

I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.

I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished.
