I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished. The door has never worked so smoothly. It's a small thing but his work also looks professional. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

Our 14 year old garage door spring failed during the holidays. I was shocked to speak to an actual person when I called Precision Door at around 8:30 on a Sunday! We have used Precision ever since we moved into this new house 4.5 years ago. They have been out before, to replace a motor after an electrical storm burned it out. Daray Ferguson came out this time to fix broken springs in the main garage door. It was a Renner 300lb double door and was never balanced appropriately when installed. The springs weren't turned the way they were supposed to be when we moved in, so in less then 5 years (the warranty on the springs), they snapped. Daray was very honest and great at explaining the issues we had. More importantly, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubricated everything that needed it, to ensure the longevity of the units. We will be contacting Renner for reimbursement on a new set of springs due to the warranty on those springs. Very satisfied with Precision!
