Dylan Shorts of Precision installed a new garage door lifter for us. He called to give us an ETA which was well in the early portion of the promised arrival window. We had a thorough discussion of alternative fixes to our problems and once a path was chosen he said he could proceed immediately and worked under the continued duress of my many questions (and with a happy attiitude) and even took delight at our appreciation of the new install. It started out rough when you sent out a rookie and he tried to sell me everything except a new kitchen sink. When he told me that my current motor had a broken sprocket and I needed a new motor, neither of which were true, I sent him packing. Someone from Precision then followed up with me and asked if it was ok to send out another tech and I agreed. That tech was Daray Ferguson who was extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and friendly. He absolutely would be the only reason that I would use Precision in the future. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. It was nice having someone that when they told you something needed to be replaced, I had no doubts that I needed to do it.

Our sales person was Gary. He took the time to show us every possible way we could replace our garage doors. Yesterday the doors were installed. The gentleman who did the work was very good making sure we were satisfied with everything he did step bye step. He spent the time necessary to make sure our cars were able to open each doors from the openers in the cars. Very satisfied with his service.

Alex did a great job and was very informative. Another company told us our opener was old and needed replacement because a RPM sensor was going bad and the sensor was obsolete. Turns out our opener doesn’t even have that sensor. I would highly recommend Precision Thank you Alex.

Our 14 year old garage door spring failed during the holidays. I was shocked to speak to an actual person when I called Precision Door at around 8:30 on a Sunday! They had their technician Daray come out on a Sunday (the same day I called) late in the day! He did a tremendous job replacing springs, rollers, bearings, and installing a new key pad. This business exemplifies customer service! Daray is a hard and knowledgeable worker with an amazing attitude. I was very impressed with their availability, friendly phone staff, and professional work! I will highly recommend Daray and Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door service!!!

We have used Precision ever since we moved into this new house 4.5 years ago. They have been out before, to replace a motor after an electrical storm burned it out. Daray Ferguson came out this time to fix broken springs in the main garage door. It was a Renner 300lb double door and was never balanced appropriately when installed. The springs weren't turned the way they were supposed to be when we moved in, so in less then 5 years (the warranty on the springs), they snapped. Daray was very honest and great at explaining the issues we had. More importantly, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubricated everything that needed it, to ensure the longevity of the units. We will be contacting Renner for reimbursement on a new set of springs due to the warranty on those springs. Very satisfied with Precision!
