The Technician Daray, arrived well within the defined time frame. He quickly reviewed the prior estimate, described his methodology and began to assemble his supplies and tools. Once the work was underway, he gladly responded to questions. I was impressed with his attention to detail, the work area and the maintaining a completely professional manner. Sarah paid particular attention to balancing the door, making adjustments to roller performance and installing a new opener on a really hot and humid day. Before I had anticipated, the work area was restored to its previous state of cleanliness, the opener was installed with all new hardware and was operating more quietly than ever before. This was Daray’s third service call in a ten-year period. Precision has become and will remain my go-to garage door/opener service provider through the future based on my experience with this technician. Keep up the customer service level!

I was disappointed in the fact that the door is not fixed and ask for a verbal estimate and the quoted over 600.00 for two bottom panels the whole door was 900 installed. I ask about senior citizen discount couldn’t give a straight answer saw your add on TV very disappointed I see your company is all about the dollar thanks but no thanks

Precision Customer Service were pleasant and able to schedule my broken spring problem. Senior Technician Daray F. was on time, polite and quickly evaluated my garage door system. He asked for my feedback on how the garage door was working before the spring broke. Very displeased ... was told the work that was going to be done that did not end up getting done. The employee that did the work is no longer with the company makes me Wonder if it was something he Unprofessionally did. But now i'm trying to make me pay more for it. Got work done on February 14th 2024. On both of my garage doors, the one that I paid the most for As far as garage door opener, it was told he would replace rollers. And springs is broken. I spoke with General Manager . He was very rude And so was the driver, (not the Passenger) at my location.. Would never come back to Precision. I've moved on and asking another company to take care of the problem. They do not live by their motto in their commercial . All I can say is Karma happens To those that do wrong.

Steve showed up promptly and reviewed our problem (old remotes and an old keypad) and ran me through a list of options. Once my choices were made, it was another 15 minutes and everything was done and worked perfectly! Just the kind of service one would ask for!

Tyler arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, provided 3 options, replaced the broken spring, cleaned up the area, answered all my questions, and gave me hints about maintaining the functioning of the system. The tech Steve was great. Cable on the door came off the drum and wrapped around the spring. Cables and spring are less than a year old. I still had to pay a $80.00 service fee for something that shouldn’t have happened with new hardware that was less than a year old.

I’ve seen the truck in the area and decided to call. They were able to come out the same day. The repairman was so nice and explained what was wrong with our doors. With good door openers we were able to open and close doors with ease and so quiet. The young man was so friendly and good at what he did so quickly.
