The tech called early and was able to work us in much sooner than originally scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated our problem and gave us a couple of options. I elected to have both springs replaced (only 1 was broken) and have all 3 bearings replaced. The cost was pricey ($975), but dealing with torsion springs is dangerous if you're not trained, and definitely out of my wheelhouse. Hopefully, the door will be good for years to come.

I recently called to have service on my garage door for a loud squeaking noise it was making every time I opened or closed it. The technician, Richard, was able to promptly access the issue, determine the cause and recommend the fix. He explained the issue in terms I could understand and what to look for as the rollers age. Richard was very friendly, professional and courteous.

Very pleased with Precision Garage Door. They were able to get here earlier than their scheduled time..which I greatly appreciated! The tech they sent, Nick, was very friendly and, after surveying my garage door situation, explained all nuts and bolts that would be needed to fix my problem. After I was shown what the cost would be and agreeing to the price, he went right to work and, before I knew it, he was finished and my garage door was fixed . I have my “quiet” garage door now working properly.. Thank you, Nick, for a job well done!

: After reviewing some customer comments regarding your company I decided to schedule a work order. I was pleased at the quick response as bad weather was scheduled for the next day. I did some research on various sources regarding a cost to replace the springs on my style of garage door. I carefully researched that I was comparing the correct style of spring. The average cost of replacement was $250 to $450. The average as $350. When the tech showed up he quoted me $350 per spring. I said thanks for coming but no. After about 10 minutes he said he could do the job for $350 plus $150 for installation. We settled on $350 installed The job was finished. I paid him and he left. I am 84 years old, not born yesterday but why was I subject to this treatment?

I chose your company because of my sister who used your company some time in the last couple of years. She raved about the wonderful service and the young man t(Steve Ray) who worked on her garage doors. She had first called Overhead Garage Co, but because of the actions and suggestions of "unnecessary" work she did not use them She has praised Precision and the service man, Steve Ray, that fixed her garage doors. The young man who came to my house was prompt, very polite and explained what was needed to fix my garage door(broken cable) and also explained a possible problem in the future with the pulleys. He showed me what the "possible" problem was and I was very glad he did and I had him go ahead and replace them. He was VERY polite, took his time and explained everything he was doing and when the work was completed I was very relieved and satisfied with what he did. He was so nice & "patient (with this 82 yr old, old lady). I will always use Precision for any future door problems and again, my praise and thanks to Steve Ray for his efficient, well done job.

Door was hung up, out of balance. The Tech added new cables, new brackets at bottom of door and a new bottom seal. He kept opening and closing door until all adjustment that needed for a perfect working garage door with no hang ups.
