Precision Garage Door was the only site with Garage Door Openers as a fault identification. This feature made it easy to identify the issue and outline my replacement preferences. The great thing was that I was able to get a same day service appointment. The technician London was even able to advance his arrival time by 1 1/2 hours. London removed the older equipment and installed the new Garage Door Opener & a new exterior key pad in about 1 hour.

This was an install for my Mother-in-law as we live in Panama City and had the same opener installed on our garage. Installer was excellent. Product is excellent and best opener i have had. Mother is happy so I'm happy. Most of family lives in KC area and I would refer your company to anyone looking for your products.

Our technician was very professional. He explained in layman terms everything he was fixing/correcting. Answered all of the questions that we threw at him with no complaints. He worked for a hour and a half and completed the job.

Dean was the tech that came to our house, and I thought he was very courteous and professional. He was thorough and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. the only question that I had was the coupon indicated the price of $639 was incorrect. I think that you should get that corrected. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dean was able to do the work right then.

Sorry, but I think you should know my experience with your company. The ads are slick, and the telephone scheduler, Ashley, was friendly and courteous, but the technician, who arrived was not inpiring confidence in his mannerisms and English language deficits. Oddly, he arrived early making me wonder if he was like a foreign Uber driver intercepting this job -- especially when he quoted $250 to fix a simple wiring problem with one of the two doors safety closing mechanism. At that point I declined your services, and called my trusted Overhead Door Co, who I have relied on for years. They fixed it professionally in all aspects with a $79 tune up charge.

Hunter took the time to watch and listen to the door to assess the issues then wrote up the quote with options and explained them as well as answered all my questions. We needed new springs, rollers, cables and a keypad. After he made the repairs, he went over everything again, explained what changes were made as well as made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done to keep the door working well.

The service man that came out to resolve my problem of the door not responding did a fantastic job, he explained every thing that he was going to do before he got started to make sure I understand and the end results. He was very courteous, very clean, and more then willing to answer all my questions. With out a doubt he did a very good job. And was in and out in no time. I did call and ask that the name on the account to be changed to Grace Hardiman and not Garson Hardman. The person that I spoke to assured me that it would be changed. The tech called early and was able to work us in much sooner than originally scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated our problem and gave us a couple of options. I elected to have both springs replaced (only 1 was broken) and have all 3 bearings replaced. The cost was pricey ($975), but dealing with torsion springs is dangerous if you're not trained, and definitely out of my wheelhouse. Hopefully, the door will be good for years to come.
