Rich did a good job helping with a malfunctioning reverse sensor do-hickey. Major work had been done by Precision Garage door to my garage door back in 2020. My garage door was built in 1951 but has worked perfectly these last four years.

I have not had problems with my garage until now, so this is my first time acquiring garage door services. I received a coupon in my mail saying that Precision would give a quote/estimate for free, and I'm glad I went with them. My service technician, London, was running ahead of schedule and was able to assess my garage door earlier than expected. He was polite and seemed very knowledgeable and like he cared about the job being done right. Upon assessing my garage, he explained to me how my garage doors had been installed poorly and what he could do to make it right. He gave me an honest quote and explained clearly what urgently needed to be done and what could wait, so that I could save money on this particular job. He educated me on what I could expect in the future in terms of the garage doors and my garage itself, which is detached and has a foundation that is settling, partially contributing to the problems with the doors in addition to past poor installation; he then fixed everything I agreed to, rapidly, the same day. I'm able to park in my garage again. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Five Star Service, Daray Ferguson the Precision technician that provided the services was great. He was professional, provided a detailed description of the issue and discussed repair options. Upon completion of the services he provided a walk through and again explained everything that was accomplished. Great customer service and no hard sale pressure. The Technician Daray, arrived well within the defined time frame. He quickly reviewed the prior estimate, described his methodology and began to assemble his supplies and tools. Once the work was underway, he gladly responded to questions. I was impressed with his attention to detail, the work area and the maintaining a completely professional manner. Sarah paid particular attention to balancing the door, making adjustments to roller performance and installing a new opener on a really hot and humid day. Before I had anticipated, the work area was restored to its previous state of cleanliness, the opener was installed with all new hardware and was operating more quietly than ever before. This was Daray’s third service call in a ten-year period. Precision has become and will remain my go-to garage door/opener service provider through the future based on my experience with this technician. Keep up the customer service level!

I was disappointed in the fact that the door is not fixed and ask for a verbal estimate and the quoted over 600.00 for two bottom panels the whole door was 900 installed. I ask about senior citizen discount couldn’t give a straight answer saw your add on TV very disappointed I see your company is all about the dollar thanks but no thanks

Called them on a Friday evening before memorial weekend & they came first thing after the holiday. Precision Customer Service were pleasant and able to schedule my broken spring problem. Senior Technician Daray F. was on time, polite and quickly evaluated my garage door system. He asked for my feedback on how the garage door was working before the spring broke. Daray went over just how the garage door is suppose to work, along with the components and adjustments he would recommend to rehab my 20 yr. old garage. He explained my discounts and invoice thoroughly. Senior Tech Daray finished the work in just the time he said. Precision has an outstanding service team. Very displeased ... was told the work that was going to be done that did not end up getting done. The employee that did the work is no longer with the company makes me Wonder if it was something he Unprofessionally did. But now i'm trying to make me pay more for it. Got work done on February 14th 2024. On both of my garage doors, the one that I paid the most for As far as garage door opener, it was told he would replace rollers. And springs is broken. I spoke with General Manager . He was very rude And so was the driver, (not the Passenger) at my location.. Would never come back to Precision. I've moved on and asking another company to take care of the problem. They do not live by their motto in their commercial . All I can say is Karma happens To those that do wrong.

Steve showed up promptly and reviewed our problem (old remotes and an old keypad) and ran me through a list of options. Once my choices were made, it was another 15 minutes and everything was done and worked perfectly! Just the kind of service one would ask for!
