Very happy with my experience. Tyler C. came to house and immediately checked everything. He determined a new motor was needed and he was able to replace. He also installed a new button at door. He explained things as he went along and did a great job. Everything works great!

After our garage door needed service, on a Sunday afternoon, we called Precision, as this was the second time we have used them. I was concerned about the timing as there looked to be some rain the next day. Tyler was there by 9:15 Monday morning, provided several options for replacement, had finished by 10:30, was professional, respectful of my time and polite even noticing that we had both served in the military.

I’m giving a 5 star to Daray who did the work. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ll give a 2 star to Cameron and the staff at the call center. Too many problems just to get an appt. If there is a next time I will call Brian direct.

Duray Ferguson, the technician, was prompt, explained what he would do to correct the garage door issues, and quoted me the prices and what he felt were the advisable steps in addition to repairing the spring. He said he was a senior technician and was courteous, professional, efficient, and neat. He predicted the time period to complete the work and he worked diligently too. I would recommend Duray and Precision. The door movement is quieter which is pleasing too. Thank you!!

The prices are excessive. I was told there would be a trip fee, so once they're there, it's hard to turn them away, but for a simple cable ($100 each), pulley and spring replacement (just one of the springs since they are also over $100), they wanted over $400. If I had any idea that the pricing would be this high, I would have shopped around more. They offered a more in-depth replacement of all of the hardware, wanting almost $1000. Can't you buy a new door for that? Ridiculous. It was supposed to include a general check, but I had to ask him to lubricate the track. First he said there was nothing that could be done and then he reluctantly gave it a quick spray which took care of the vibration. I've had this job done in the past for less than $100. I will definitely ask for pricing over the phone the next time I call anyone for home services.

The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Me replaced two springs and showed me how to care for the door and what to look for if I had problems. I think his name was Daray but I’m bass with names. I’d definitely use this company again.

I hit my garage door on the top of my car and was very upset about it. Precision door was there the next day and fixed it very quickly and for a reasonable cost very good customer service would highly recommend

We had used Precision Door many years ago so when my garage door spring broke late last night I called Precision Door. Daray Ferguson, my assigned technician, called me at 8:00 am to tell me he was on his way. I was thrilled since I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage! I was stuck! Daray was absolutely wonderful. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about how to repair the problem and improve the performance of the door. I would use Precision Door again and would also request Daray to do the repairs!

Used the old google machine and wanted 3 doors programmed. They were working fine until I tried to set a new remote. Real nice dude came by and wasn’t able to help. Doors are du crooning worse now and I was told I needed to replace all three doors. No thanks. Just wanted a reprogram. Bought a remote from the guy for no reason as well. Door opens now whenever my neighbor uses his door. Not impressed when the solve is buy new stuff from us vs working with a previous system. Can’t say I’m Satisfied $150 later... for nothing. Tech was cool but when it ended I had somehow bought an opener and now the doors are worse.

What do you do when the spring on your garage door breaks on the Saturday morning of the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend and you can't lift the garage door open. Under these circumstances, my wife and I appreciated that Precision Door KC answered our phone call on Saturday and scheduled the repairs for Monday (Memorial Day). There was no need to leave a message and wait for a return call next business day (Tuesday). Andrew arrived on Monday, assessed the problem and completed the repairs efficiently. Our experience with Precision was very positive; we'll keep their number handy if needed in the future.

Great job. Spring broke Friday at 5PM. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 24 hours. Andrew was professional and communicated well as our time window neared and was able to service our garage door in between our boys basketball games.
