Your technicians arrived on time and Sawyer immediately began a point-by-point inspection of the problem garage door. He found numerous worn bearings and attributed them as the basic cause of the broken spring. After reviewing various repair options, we agreed on a course of action and the job was completed in less than an hour. The problem door is now operating smoothly and more quietly than it has for quite a long time. I give your crew's service 5 stars!

A year and a half ago Precision door had installed new spring, rollers, and cables, etc. for my garage door and gave me "lifetime warranty at no cost for labor or parts." However, when my garage door needed a minor repair last week the technician charged me $84.95 for the "service call." I wrote to the owner (Brian) that this is not right to call labor "service charge" and not honor the warranty, but he did not reply. I dislike giving poor reviews but I have no choice here since in my view Precision Door did not honor its terms of warranty. A company should not tarnish its reputation like this.

I had used your company on 10/7/2013 and had a very good experience. The techs name was Adam Dressler. So when my door started making noises like it was in a bind I looked for your web site. An offer on your site stated "no trip charge if parts were purchased." I was charged $69.95. There was a tech, a supervisor and I assume a trainee who showed up which I thought was a little strange but the tech and Mr Steele proceeded to tell me all that was wrong with my door. I asked how much the repair would be and Mr. Steele got out his cell phone and added up $885.00. I thought that sounded fair and told him to fix it. When they were finished the total came to$1177.95. My wife is not well and doesn't handle controversy so I paid and thought I could get this fixed later, so I called Mr Steele the next day and all I got out of him is that more parts had to be replaced than he thought and he didn't tell me. This guy is the supervisor? He did tell me he moved here from Dallas " so he could make more commission." When I got and email from you the first time an returned it telling you that I wasn't happy I heard nothing. Hope to hear from you this time!

Tanner quickly discovered my garage door issues were not the remote battery going low, but the framing was loosening causing it to 'confuse' the sensors (along with the sunlight through the windows of the door). True, the battery was getting a little low (expected after 15 years). Did get a couple new, reliable openers; the frame was tightened; the sensors reset; new openers programmed for the door. Very pleasant young man; quick worker, very willing to explain what was happening and correct the issues with the door. Personally would not have picked having windows in the garage door, but they do keep it from being completely dark when going into it during the day, early morning or evening.

Mike was at my house within an hour to fix the issue. I really appreciate the speed of being able to have a technician at my house, and the quality of work provided. Since this was an unexpected expense, Mike worked with me to create a solution that I could afford, while also letting me know other fixes I may need down the road and can budget for. We had two new doors and openers installed. From the very beginning, the service and professionalism were outstanding. I was most impressed with the install technician Terry. He worked for 12 hours straight (by himself) removing old doors and openers, installing new ones, setting everything up, cleaning and maintaining his work space as he went, and all the while putting up with numerous questions and interruptions from me. Terry and his partner were great. Very professional service and they answered all my questions. I initially wanted a keypad installed. But after talking with Terry I decided to have an entire opener installed. Thinking they would have to reschedule, Terry said they had what they needed to do the job. I had asked aloud in the waiting area while my car was being serviced yesterday if anyone knew a good garage door repair company. Mike Medina said that your company had done work at his home and he had been quite satisfied. I phoned this morning (12/1/15) and was surprised that you could have someone come this afternoon. The appointment was set for between 2-4:00 p.m. The technician (Joshua Beck) arrived at 2:00 on the button and went to work immediately to find the problem. As my door operator is old, he had to make a special trip to procure a part. He returned and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. He replaced the springs, and a belt for the motor. He thoroughly explained to me the problem, and the repairs needed. He also oiled the other garage door, which had been squealing loudly, taking care of that issue. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend your firm.
