Very nice young man, Conner Karl, was helpful explaining the cause of the problem with my remote opener and keypad. Explained why I was having theses problems. He talked to me about alternatives rather than replacing my garage door opener. After a informantive discussion with this young man, I decided it was best to replace my garage door opener because of its age. He was very helpful setting up the wi-fi connection for the opener as I don't get on ladders. I would highly recommend your company, especially this technician.

Awesome company!! We recently purchased and had 2 new garage doors (one double and one single) with new door openers installed. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, service, timeliness and quality from start to finish. Gary Kolek, who came to our home to meet with us, was outstanding and took the time to listen and provided multiple options. Crystal and Beau in the office kept us updated on the status of our order and coordinated installation without any hiccups. Finally, Luis and Josh were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the door installation. We highly recommend Precision Door!!

The company that installed my doors in 2018 was no longer in business, so I googled local providers and decided to contact Precision. They were very responsive and got me scheduled the same day I called. Garrett the tech and his partner were dispatched and I feel like they knew their business. A door panel needed to be ordered and although my door model had been discontinued, they were still able to find what I needed and I am now waiting on delivery and installation. Crystal in the office was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and at this point the process I am pleased with the service Precision has provided.

Our garage door came down and hit one of our vehicles as it was pulling into the garage, thankfully the vehicle was fine but the whole door was bent and pulled off the hinges. it took everything we had to just try and get it closed most of the way. We called you guys that same night and got someone in to see our door this morning, and after their careful review and providing us with many options they got our door back to working order again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone with garage door needs. I know i will be keeping their card on hand for our future use.

Daray Ferguson was our technician. He was personable, friendly, and knows garage doors! He was a fountain of information and had our door working just great by the time he left. We did not have one major problem but had lots of minor problems that he took care of. We needed 12 new rollers and a new operator bracket. Garage door works like a charm now! If we have any future concerns about our garage door we will definitely reach out to Precision and ask for Daray again! He did a great job and as I said, he knows garage doors!

We are a prior customer. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job over 10 years ago, we just now had to have some minor work done. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs. If we need another house call, we will specifically ask for these two wonderful young men!

The arrival time of our technician was miscommunicated. We were told an 8:00 am to 12:00 pm window by phone and confirming email. The technician was given a 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm window. The work performed was very satisfactory and the technician was knowledgeable and most courteous and informative. If it wouldn't have been the issue of the time frame within the work was expected to be performed I would have given a 5 star rating.

Very good, fast service. Had the rollers replaced on the door and it turned out we also needed a capacitor for the opener. The tech had it on the truck and it was quickly replaced. Will use this company again.

Daray was my tech. Very courteous got right to work. Did not have the part I needed and instead of just trying to make something work he went and got the right part that I needed. Duray was very professional and did a great job on the door he was working on. Very concise about what was needed and the time it would take as well as the accurate quotes for the work he was to do. Lower than a 1*** I have tried to call the owner of the company with no reply. I had Daray, come out on Sunday 7/24/22 to repair spring that had broke. He told me he would give me a senior discount because I have grey hair. No big deal, but he tried to tell me the repairs would cost $2400. I said that was way to high for repairing a spring, so he adjusted the quote to a lower warranty period for $1600. I told him no and asked if he would help me raise the door to get cars out, he said it would be $200. I told him no and asked him to leave. Got both springs replaced today by a great guy that even looked at my 3rd car garage for $300. This company needs to look at their employees. This guy is a crook.
