I requested an appointment and your tech came out to give me a quote. Honestly, what i anticipated to be a $250 fee to fix a broken cable turned into a $784 "fix everything" upsell which i felt was not needed and unnecessary. Your tech (Daray) kept rattling off charges up to around $500 just to "fix" the door but made it clear that it may not be fixed and that i needed to do the $799 package (which he took a few dollars off). I do not believe my door needed anything more than a new cable that snapped and your tech essentially forced me into an $800 fix that should have been a $250 fix. He was here for 51 minutes start to finish. Extremely disappointed in this type of service when i am at a disadvantage with COVID happening and needing my door fixed. They were not wearing PPE either which did not make me nor my wife happy since they had to go through the house to make the repair.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because our garage door was not closing properly and getting worse on a Monday night. We have used their service in the past and was very happy then, so we decided to use them. I talked to the operator and said an appointment could be made for the next morning plus gave them a short briefing of our garage door problems. Gabriel came out around 9am the next morning and diagnosed the issues, explaining with great details of how he would be able to fix it with letting us know the pricing of each item being replaced. I told Gabriel to fix the issues as if he was working on his own home. I appreciated his great details to the work he did for us to get our garage doors working properly again. Thank you again Gabriel! We will be using Precision Garage Door Service in the future with anymore issues we encounter.

Repair fine but disappointed in trip fee and environmental surcharge that competitor did not charge two weeks for similar repair at different location. Also, left garage door opener inoperable so I had to fix myself.

I highly recommend using this company! I have absolutely no knowledge about garage doors and their staff was very honest and comforting. I called late on a Wednesday night after 7pm and they were able to come out as early as 830 the next morning. The swevicemen were very kind, professional, knowledagble, and quick! They did not try to oversell me anything and were very honest about the problems with our garage door. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in years as far as quickness/professionalism/affordability/kindness. I highly recommend this company.

A spring on my heavy, double, extra tall garage door broke. I looked for highly rated garage door repair companies on the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I call and they were booked up for the day but scheduled an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. I received a message that Jonithan would be my service technician. He called and said he would arrive in 20 minutes, which was right at the start of the service window given. Jonithan arrived a prepared an estimate with good better and best options. I the end I chose the best option that included a lifetime warranty. Jonithan finished the work in about two hours and showed me the parts that he replaced and that the door worked smoothly. Both Jonithan and the person that scheduled the appointment were polite and professional and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

My appointment wimdow was for 12-2. Jesse called and said he was running early and he showed up at 11:30. He was done by 12:30. He was friendly and efficient. We contacted Precision when the spring on our garage door broke. They were able to come out that evening to look at it. Travis, the technician, looked at it all and gave us recommendations and a price. We thought we were going to schedule an appointment, but he said, ok, I will have it done within a couple of hours. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quick attention. He was very knowledgeable and his work also fixed a sensor issue we had been having. We had a great experience with Precision.

The product Precision sells is very good, as is the quality of the installation. But, if you're looking for responsible customer service, and guaranteed prices, and for promises to be kept this is not the company to use. I am a senior, and a disabled Veteran. My scheduled, and confirmed appointment was from 0800-1000. I re-arranged my schedule for the day to accommodate that promised time slot. At 0945 I called to ask when I could expect my service technician to arrive. I was placed on hold while they tried to get in touch with him. They couldn't, but promised to call me when they did. They didn't. I called again at 1015. They promised to call when they contacted the Technician. Again, they didn't. Technician showed up at 1035. Long story short, I was over charged $120 from the promised quote. Technician had a surly attitude with which I was not comfortable. I called the office again and asked to speak to a manager. They told me there was none available. I asked for the manager to call me the following day. I have yet to receive a call. Caveat Emptor!

Tanner, and his partner did a nice job of installing new springs, rollers, drums, torsion cables, and bearings. He explained the process as he went along with the repair, and gave some good tips to watch for in the future. I found both Tanner and his partner both to be very personable and friendly. I did notice one thing that was not offered me on your web site. You offer a senior citizen discount. I was not offered that. I did mention my age to Tanner during our conversation, as he had mentioned his age to me. At any rate, they finished the job in about an hour, and to my satisfaction. I do like the lifetime warranty on parts and labor too! This is the second time I have used Precision to perform repairs on my garage door, and both time satisfied. Thank you, Walter "Rod" Stearns
