Time frame was quoted between noon and 2 and when they realized they were going to be a bit late they called me immediately. Tanner and the two guys with him were very friendly made their best recommendations for replacing springs and a few other recommendations. They were timely with the labor, and the garage door works great now. Gave me a 5 year warranty on my springs which I hear is one of the most common things to go out on a 2 door garage door. Very competitive with the other bids I got. I would highly recommend

Tanner called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. His arrival was inside the first hour of the two hour window. He immediately determined what needed to be done and let me know what the cost would be. He then said the work would take about 30 minutes. He completed the work without any surprises. The tech showed up the fix a broken spring & I ended up buying 2 new doors. After discussing my options with Terry on fixing my broken spring & I had planned on replacing my doors in the future. We were unable to get out of our garage. We have always used Overhead Door and called them first thing...they said it would be a $300 service call and timeframe between 8-12, totally unbelievable. I called Precision and was quoted $69 for the service call and reduced to $49 if they had to do repair/replacement and could be there between 8 and 10 a.m. Devion called at 8 a.m. and said he was on his way! He kept me informed of what he was doing and the problem was, got us up and running and we couldn't have been happier~

My garage door broke Sunday night. I was able to get service scheduled for right away Monday morning. The technicians were on time and finished replacing my springs and pulleys before 9:15. The were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having garage door issues.

Called on Wednesday, they were out on Thursday afternoon. The two gentlemen examined the problem and recommended garage door repair. They were very up-front about costs and explained in a way that I could understand. Very courteous and professional in their time at my residence, which took a lot less time than one would think. Very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone in need of garage door repairs!

We thought our g-door was shot, we had two other well known local companies come out to give estimates. Both were similar in their estimates (around $2,000). Dread! Rick from Precision came out, first thing he said "you don't need a new g-door. I can fix this." I nearly fell over. The other two companies never even mentioned fixing it as an option. Silly me didn't mention it either bc I assumed it was shot bc it was just hanging there and looked so bad that fixing it honestly never crossed my mind. Well, the other two companies took advantage of my ignoragce and ran with the new door as my only option. Literally Rick See's first words "you don't need a new g-door, I can fix this".....saved me $1700. Not only that, he fixed our opener too. When it's time to buy a new garage door, we will NOT be getting estimates. There will be only one phone call we make and one tech we request. Rick See. BLOWN away with his honesty, professionalism, integrity, he worked fast, knew his stuff, went beyond with fixing the wire on our opener. Great guy, great service. You rarely find that kind of service these days. Thank you!!

I had never had to have service on my garage door so I didn't have a preference for any of the companies in the KC Metro Area. I looked online to see what I could find as it was Sunday afternoon, we couldn't get the garage door open and my husband was scheduled to leave at 8:00 A.M. Monday morning for a business trip. Precision Doors listing had everything that I was looking for at that moment, service 7 days a week. I couldn't be more pleased in choosing Precision Door. Customer service was very polite, and the tech was great. He was very thorough, found some other issues besides the broken spring,gave us two quotes, didn't pressure us in any way to fix everything in this service call and stayed until 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening to fix all of our garage door issues. Again, I'm usually skeptic about choosing companies from just a listing on the internet but I am definitely glad that I did this time.

Had a small problem 5 months after a new model operator had been installed. Called Precision. They came out the same afternoon and had the problem corrected in about 5 min. No charge under warranty.

Technician arrived during the time designated when making the appointment and advised us the best/worst scenerio of our situation. We opted to change out all the hardware (which included a 10 yr warranty) and he proceeded to do the job in a timely manner. It was somewhat more than we wanted to spend but we've had this same garage door worked on several times in the past and the repairs were only temporary so in the long run paying more to get it done "right" may be the best plan in the long run. We replaced a lot of parts; namely; springs; safety cables; extension cables; and rollers Time will be the true test to the workmanship performed. Thank YOU
