I took some advise and called Precision to have my garage doors installed rather than attempting to do it myself, and boy was I glad I did. As soon as Daray arrived on site I knew I was in good hands, he took me trough every step of the way making sure I knew exactly what my doors required to insure smooth operation and performance for years come. Daray pointed all the unique aspects of my doors, including size, constructions/material and rail positioning and explained in detail how to get the most out of our doors. The install its self went relatively quick and the workmanship was amazing. All I can say is that if I ever need work on my garage doors again Daray Ferguson is the man! I Purchased my garage doors from Precision 11 years ago. Never had a problem till Thursday, when the house painters taped my door shut so they could paint. Thursday afternoon, they asked me to open the door which I tried to do. Fortunately, the bracket pulled out (like it's supposed to do) since the door was taped shut on both sides. I called and Daray Ferguson came out. He arrived early, and was able to get my door back in operation in no time. Thank you so much for such excellent service! I will recommend you to everyone!

Tech Andrew diagnosed my 20 year-old opener (Sears Roebuck) problem; he had a replacement part (circuit board) and as I watched, he replaced the old part and that fixed the problem. 2 weeks later, another problem an adjustment arm nut fell off (unbeknownst to me) and Andrew returned and had the problem fixed in less than a minute. No charge for the return trip. I couldn’t be happier.

It was a win/win for me. There was nothing wrong with door - operator error :-) But Andrew replaced the bottom rubber stripping, tightened every thing, oiled and showed me how to properly keep it oiled. Very satisfied with the service.
