I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. Same day appointment, on time as promised called when he was a half away. Very nice gentleman diagnosed the problem with the door explained what was wrong gave us options of what needed to be done. Precision was the second company I called for a bid on a new garage door. The first company didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me! Ryan came out right away, showed me what I could order and gave me a good price. We ordered on the spot. It took a long time to build our door, but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful and works perfectly. I can't remember the installer's name but he did a great job! He arrived on time and left everything clean and neat in less time than we thought possible. We made the right choice.

We called another company on the 25th for service on our garage door. They couldn't come until the 27th and when they got there, they said the don't work on that brand. I googled and saw your ad and called your number. The young lady set me up for a couple of hours later that same day. Tyler and another young man showed up LESS than a couple of hours later. They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable on the brand we had. They explained what the problem was, mentioned some maintenance concerns and fixed everything quickly. Mark was our service guy to come by and look at my springs and cable that busted. He was nice and friendly and he estimated the job. He was in and out pretty quick as well. Precision Door installed my beautiful garage door last year--my house is old and really not well designed for a garage door but Daray did a great job getting creative and coming up with a solution so that I could have an automatic opener. Fast forward to this year, my garage door needed to be reset (the door would "bounce back" up after trying to close). I accidentally called the wrong company to come fix it and they sent a guy who came to my house, looked at the setup, said he said there's no way to fix it (my LiftMaster system is in an odd location to accommodate my weird garage layout), said my garage wasn't meant for an opener and left. I called Precision immediately (who I meant to call all along) and they sent someone out the next morning. Garrett and his trainee were very friendly and though they had some challenges, ultimately fixed my issue quickly. They even consulted Daray, who answered their questions and helped them brainstorm on his day off. I'm so thankful they could fix it and will definitely make sure I call the correct company first with my garage issues in the future!

Was having issues with both of our garage doors - one not working at all and the other making strange noises. Called Precision and they came out the same day. Our technician, Daray, was able to explain what was going on in a way that I was able to understand and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to make all repairs and overall did a great job. 5 stars out of 5 - would call Precision again!

Complete replacement of my opener was a little high in price but the repairman gave many options. We were able to come to an acceptable conclusion. Repairman was friendly, did exceptional work and cleaned up the mess. All in all, very happy with the service.
