Sawyer was an polite and professional. Did not get the name of his assistant but was the same. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They replaced the cables and brackets that attach to the cables that had rusted out. Learned that Sawyer grew up in Nebraska and is still a Husker Fan, as we are. Cannot go wrong with a Born and raised Husker. GO BIG RED!! Thanks again for the great service.

I called Precision because I had used them in the past and really liked their service. I called Wednesday night and got an appointment for Thursday morning. The technician arrived within the time frame given, completed the work in a timely manner and let me know the price before he even started. The technician (Tanner) was very courteous, patient and done a fantastic job of getting the job done in a timely manner.

I would still like to have my garage door fixed properly. It does not shut not lock properly If someone just comes and moved it to the side it will open. Plus the upper corner does not close all the way.

Great job - came extremely quickly and worked fast and efficient. Explained all costs, everything they would do before they did it - and then did exactly what they said. Also have a 10 year warranty on their work. I couldn't even get my original garage door company to call me back on the phone - but I got right through to these guys and they were there within a couple of hours - definitely would recommend them!

For the most part I was satisfied but I had a couple of issues. I was told by the girl in your office that the fee would be $200.00. Then when it was time to pay the bill Dan hit me up with a $15.00 environmental fee that I was not told about. Then he tried to sell me a couple of items that I neither wanted or needed. After he left I found that the controller was mounted on the wall crooked and the door bell type switch near the garage door did not work. Dan came back this morning and remounted the controller. He told me that the switch would not work with the new opener. Turned out that Dan was right as I called Sears and was told that all I had to do was push enter on the key pad and the door would come down. Every thing now works fine and I am a happy camper. Broken Sproket on 15 year old Liftmaster. Tanner provided next day service and installed new system in less than 2 hours. Friendly kid and explained everything. Works great!

They offered me three choices to resolve my problem and did not recommend either solution letting me make the decision myself, which I appreciated. Mike and his apprentice did a great job!! I received a prompt appointment after a garage door spring broke at 5 pm on a Friday. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous & professional. I have worked with Terry on several occasions and I'm always impressed with how helpful he is to explain the problem, options and costs up front so I can make the best decision for me. I got a new garage door from Precision last fall and have been very please with it. The door opener is old (came with the garage when I bought the house in '04) and needs TLC once in a while. Terry is great to keep it in good running condition. I will continue to use Precision Door for all of my garage door and door opener needs.

Precision delivered!! I had had another company come out and take a look at our garage doors and they immediately quoted me for brand-new motors without even looking at the ones that I had. The guys from precision came out opened up the old motors and told me exactly what was wrong with it. They even told me that if we want to get brand-new Motors that they could get it to is cheaper than the company did come before. Work was done quickly and professionally. Thank you precision for helping us avoid a mistake by going with the other guys. Keep up the good work!
