I called Precision due to a comment from a Handyman I had used for bath stools repair. I asked him if he had an opinion on Overhead Door which I had used about 4-5 times in the past. He mentioned Precision & I told him I had seen TV Ads & had looked this company up on the internet & was interested.He said he had a friend that had used your company & was very pleased. So I called Precision on Monday July 18th, made the appointment for noon- 4pm on the 19th of July. Tyler Cunningham called when he was on his way, did the inspection, came in with the results, I was shocked with the price but called a friend, he wanted to direct me to a good, all around Handyman that has just completed 3 garage door openers in the past 3-4 weeks & he thought I would be wise to call this man. I talked to Tyler for a few minutes, I made the choice to give myself piece of mind & choose the Proffesional Man & Backed by a well known company. Did I have the funds?,NO!! But I feel like I have the Warranty & Proffesonial work of a Man that does this kind of work daily. The work was completed within maybe 2-2 hrs. I am very satisified, pleased & extremely Happy that yje job could be completed today.Everthing cleaned up & the needed information given to me, I understand how this new Genie Opener works, I am a very Happy Customer & both Tyler Cunningham & Precision get a # 5 Rating from this very satisifed customer. I would gladly recommend both the Company & Installer, who had the patience & clairity to explain the answers to my questions, asked & answered by Tyler. Job Well Done!!

Daray was AWESOME!!! He did a through walk through and explanation of what and why I was having problems with my garage door. He didn't get frustrated with all my questions and me asking him to repeat so that I had a clear understanding. LOL!!! Once we agreed on which option I would have done he immediately proceeded to work to get the door in working order. Even after I changed my mind (when he was almost done!!!) and decided on a different option Daray was very nice and accommodating. I commend anyone that works in the heat and provide quality workmanship. The Service Performed and Purchase a new Product? needs to be updated to be able to select more than one product)

I called Precision Door as I had water coming in my garage from the bottom of the garage door. Josh came out & tuned up the garage door & replaced the seal at the bottom of the door. I'm only giving 4 stars as we have not had any heavy rain since this was done so I'm unsure yet if that problem is fixed. I will say I would give Josh 5 star rating. He was very professional & friendly & did a great job explaining things & informative of garage door maintenance. I am hoping I've seen the last of the water in my garage for awhile!! Will definitely use this company for any future needs.

That Technician was Josh Martin and he did a wonderful job in reviewing our issue, providing options and worked hard to get the job done. I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. Same day appointment, on time as promised called when he was a half away. Very nice gentleman diagnosed the problem with the door explained what was wrong gave us options of what needed to be done. When he finished he had us come out and try the door to make sure we were satisfied before we paid for the service. We highly recommend Precision!! We were very pleased with his work.

Precision was the second company I called for a bid on a new garage door. The first company didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me! Ryan came out right away, showed me what I could order and gave me a good price. We ordered on the spot. It took a long time to build our door, but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful and works perfectly. I can't remember the installer's name but he did a great job! He arrived on time and left everything clean and neat in less time than we thought possible. We made the right choice.

We called another company on the 25th for service on our garage door. They couldn't come until the 27th and when they got there, they said the don't work on that brand. I googled and saw your ad and called your number. The young lady set me up for a couple of hours later that same day. Tyler and another young man showed up LESS than a couple of hours later. They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable on the brand we had. They explained what the problem was, mentioned some maintenance concerns and fixed everything quickly.
