I was pleased to get same day service to do the repair. Alex did a great job. He presented the options for the repair logically. Even though I wasn't planning on the cost originally, I'm very satisfied with to change that makes the door operate a lot better. It was well worth it.

Definitely a 5*+ company. Tech an I discussed issue thoroughly an while replaced remote is possible later will need new motor as current is 15 yrs old. Appreciated his letting me know so not caught off guard. He also checked overall conditions of doors as 15 yrs old an reported Above average condition. I paid a handyman to install new springs after one broke. My garage door worked for about a month but was never quite right. Then the door became wedged and inoperable. I called Precision and they had a service specialist here within 24 hours. The service specialist, Alex, was very personable and more than happy to explain the cause of my issue. No one foresees or plans for these unexpected repairs, but I felt like Alex actually cared for my individual situation and offered me fair options that were best for me. Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and helpful. He arrived in a timely manner and he explained what he was doing and what I would need. He did not try to up charge me as did the other companies who gave me an estimate. I normally do things myself, but with moving I decided to call to get my door repaired as it had the cable jump the track and canted the door sideways. I called and they had someone out within a day. Josh responded and was polite, knowledgeable, and got the door repaired within 30 mins!! I will absolutely be using this company again! Absolutely phenomenal service and great company!

Unfortunately I had a negative experience today with the tech who came to my house. After assessing my very old chain driven opener he told me he couldn’t work on my system. I understand the reasons he gave but rather than telling me what we could do he kept telling me that he couldn’t touch my system. He did remain courteous despite my obvious disappointment in this response. He did not at any time say he could replace my system and at that point I did not ask as I was very displeased. I sent him away due to him continuing to tell me what he couldn’t do for me. I would have greatly appreciated being told first what could be done and I would have paid to have a replacement but instead he left and I ended up very disappointed.

The spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called another company on Thursday they could have a technican out the nex day. Unfortunately there was no techinicans avialable on Friday. They would have someone out on Monday by 11:00 am no calls or no one showed up so I cancelled their service. We called Precision at 11:00 am and Tyler and Brian were out at 1:30 pm. the SAME DAY!! Both gentlemen were very polite and gave us three options to choose from. Explaining each of them and said they had what we needed to get the job done right now. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The customer service was excellent.

Good Morning, Ref invoice 04788844 Steve done his job well seams to be new at this, my complaint was the help that he spent 20 minutes on the phone was worthless. In diagnosing the problem of not only why the door would open in the middle of the night and when it tried to close the limit switch would not let it. I ran a continuity test on the eyes and that check out, leads me to think motherboard. 390.00 dollars for one hour labor no parts less 20 min on the phone seams to be high only compared to the swimming pool repair business in phoenix that i owned. But the bill is paid, so mi will not be using precision door again Thanks that is just a newcomer thoughts forget these computer billing that ever blank filled in with a charge Gary
