Even when you own an older home, with older equipment, you still get a sinking feeling when any part of your garage door breaks. Too many door companies appear to be looking only to sell completely new door packages. I was thrilled to see displayed in Precision’s ad, the long list of repairs they perform. Then the great testimonies and awards that were posted really were comforting! Finally, my repairman’s fantastic customer service and expertise made me a customer for life! As a senior on a budget, Precision Door was the perfect choice for me! Thanks so much!

Tech Andrew diagnosed my 20 year-old opener (Sears Roebuck) problem; he had a replacement part (circuit board) and as I watched, he replaced the old part and that fixed the problem. 2 weeks later, another problem an adjustment arm nut fell off (unbeknownst to me) and Andrew returned and had the problem fixed in less than a minute. No charge for the return trip. I couldn’t be happier.

It was a win/win for me. There was nothing wrong with door - operator error :-) But Andrew replaced the bottom rubber stripping, tightened every thing, oiled and showed me how to properly keep it oiled. Very satisfied with the service.

They couldn't come on Sunday, which is why I called them because I thought they were 24/7. They did come Monday morning and they did a great job. They explained everything to me and completed the work today. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable. I really give him 5 stars. Daray really did a good job. I will call them again if I ever need anything.

I am so impressed! I submitted a request on Monday, was contacted immediately and schedule a time that worked for my family to have our garage fixed. The service associates showed up at the top of the time window, made recommendations, and were able to fix our issue in a same day visit. Garage door opener broke, I believe he called the boom arm broke and door wouldn't go up, made a call, received quick same day service at a fair price. Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Just had Andrew H. out to our house this afternoon to repair our garage door opener. Andrew was fantastic! Personable, friendly, and provided exceptional service! He came the same day we called (and earlier than his scheduled time, at that!). He clearly explained the work he provided. I chose Precision because I saw it as I passed to and from work. Had a broken spring on one of my doors. Very professional service! Andrew, the tech that came out was very professional, extremely helpful regarding my garage door concerns, just a really cool guy. My wife and I were very pleased with our service.
