I called in the afternoon and was provided an arrival time the next morning. Tyler arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, provided 3 options, replaced the broken spring, cleaned up the area, answered all my questions, and gave me hints about maintaining the functioning of the system. The tech Steve was great. Cable on the door came off the drum and wrapped around the spring. Cables and spring are less than a year old. I still had to pay a $80.00 service fee for something that shouldn’t have happened with new hardware that was less than a year old.

I’ve seen the truck in the area and decided to call. They were able to come out the same day. The repairman was so nice and explained what was wrong with our doors. With good door openers we were able to open and close doors with ease and so quiet. The young man was so friendly and good at what he did so quickly.

I had a broken cable and wanted to replace it. Precision Doors tried to fix a lot of things I didn't need. I was quoted from $1400.00 down to $470.00 to fix it. I had another well established company fix the cable for under $200.00 that didn't try to sell stuff I didn't need !!!

Great people, they sh pop wed up on time and checked it all over as it would not open or close. They tried everting and then we tried my truck remote and it now works. Haven’t use the remote for 6 years. Asked them to replace wall switch but there’s wouldn’t connect! NO charge I I REPEAT NO charge!!!!! Great company and service. You cannot go wrong. USE THEM

I needed a better seal all the way around my garage door. I called to make an appointment, and Josh came out the next day. He was extremely personable---and very helpful as he discussed what he could do to fix the problem. I added some additional work to the project, and within about an hour-and-a-half everything was done to my satisfaction. I called on Precision Door Service because I knew the name and reputation from having used that company to take care of needs at my home when I lived in California. I remain pleased with their performance and reliability!
