I could not be more pleased with this company. The technician assigned to me, reached out prior to his visit, to ensure that he had what would be needed to repair, what I thought was going to be needed, before he arrived. After a quick diagnostic, Tyler discovered that a bad bearing on one of the door pulleys, was at fault. I was ready to have the whole operator replaced, after dealing with a faulty system for weeks. However, a quick swap of the pulley, and a few wire adjustments, and everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician, as I had had a far different experience with the first company I had come out. I will definitely be using Precision garage doors in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Had an issue with our door last night, so asked for recommendations on our neighborhood message board. I called first thing this morning and was able to have Daray come out this afternoon. Fast, friendly, COVID-safe service. Daray took the time to explain what was wrong with our door, what we needed to do to fix it (and why it needed to be done). The installer showed up and answered all my questions, professionally and courteously. The price was not unreasonable and the installer obviously knew his stuff, working quickly yet carefully and always in anticipation of future moves. I had some questions on lubrication and he answered these more thoroughly than I would have expected. As a result I was able to eliminate a loud squeak in another door after he left. No doubt it will now last longer as well. he thoroughly cleaned up the area when he left. A good company, a good installer.

I took some advise and called Precision to have my garage doors installed rather than attempting to do it myself, and boy was I glad I did. As soon as Daray arrived on site I knew I was in good hands, he took me trough every step of the way making sure I knew exactly what my doors required to insure smooth operation and performance for years come. Daray pointed all the unique aspects of my doors, including size, constructions/material and rail positioning and explained in detail how to get the most out of our doors. The install its self went relatively quick and the workmanship was amazing. All I can say is that if I ever need work on my garage doors again Daray Ferguson is the man! I Purchased my garage doors from Precision 11 years ago. Never had a problem till Thursday, when the house painters taped my door shut so they could paint. Thursday afternoon, they asked me to open the door which I tried to do. Fortunately, the bracket pulled out (like it's supposed to do) since the door was taped shut on both sides. I called and Daray Ferguson came out. He arrived early, and was able to get my door back in operation in no time. Thank you so much for such excellent service! I will recommend you to everyone!
