First of all, the technician was prompt. He came when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnosis the problem. He showed me what was wrong. He was able to complete the job quickly. All trash and broken parts cleaned up and disposed of. It was easy to hear the difference before and after. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Shelby was helpful, informative and fast. He purveyed my garage door, told me his recommendation (which did NOT include a new door!) and went to work. He was on-site a little over an hour and everything was repaired. Love that Precision does service calls on Sundays!

The technician was professional and extremely fast at repairing my door. The only disappointment was that while making the appointment over the phone, I was told that the service charge would be $69.00m but if work was performed it would be reduced to $49.00. That did not happen. I am satisfied with the repair work ultimately.

Woody, Alex and Travis worked very diligently to find the cause of our entire garage door opener that was not working. They installed a new door opener, motor, controls, in other words the works. Apparently an electrical problem had developed when our electricity went out for a few minutes on Saturday. All three men are hard workers and very pleasant persons. Thank you for a job well done.
