What can I say. Terry Wilson and Eric Spikes did an Awesome Job!!! My garage door was in need of quite a bit of repair (springs, cables, drums, rollers, brackets...). They assessed the situation, weighted the door and then gave me their professional input and the rest is history. My garage door has NEVER worked this good. I was so impressed with their attitudes. Whatever management is doing, keep it up. I've never seen such happy employees. Great reflection of the company, their joy with the company and it is all reflected in their interface with the customer, which makes it great for us. Keep up the great work gents. Precision is my go to on garage door work for now on.

I would be disappointed too! If a single residential spring cost that much, unless it was a special order or a very very big door. Looking at the work that was done, there was some confusion on explaining we replaced both springs and serviced the double door. I called Precision in the morning to arrange a service call. They were able to come the same day. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. He looked at everything. The garage door was making a loud noise when it went up and down. He suggested an overhaul with a lifetime warranty. With all the discounts we would receive, the overhaul was very affordable. The work was done in under 2 hours. We bought many new parts, not just springs. Our garage door is very quiet now. I would highly recommend Precision to friends and family.

I had to replace my garage doors for the first time and I chose this company and it was worth every penny. From the estimate to the install these guys were phenomenal. I approved the estimate yesterday and they finished the install today. They worked tirelessly on a snow day to make sure the install was perfect in the freezing cold. Very nice and knowledgable. We had a four-month-old inside and they were concerned if they were making too much noise for her. They offered a few scenarios on what to repair but not pushy on their recommendations. Hopefully the door doesn't break again but I would use them if it did.

This was the first time I used precision and service technician Terry was awesome! Very knowledgable, took the time to explain to my level what the problem was and quickly fixed it, went above and beyond , he helped me reset our pins, found out even our batteries for the outside openers were long dead- he replaced them! and shared maintenance tips for us to implement every 6 months. Thank you Terry for excellent service , I highly recommend precision for garage door issues . I give them a 5 star rating.

The lead guy was rude. Gets there at 4:30 and says - do you have coffee? My husband made a pot and then he asked for cream and sugar. Really? He couldn't have stopped at QT? He got snippy when the email receipt didn't come they the first time he tried it and he had to retype everything. The guy with him was very polite.

I sorry for your experience and i spoke to the tech. since something didn't sound right. After they arrived your husband asked it they would like a beverage and he said sure if you got coffee! ( being cold outside ) Our company has gone paperless for the most part and this new technology can be a little frustrating he meant no disrespect towards you and only his discomfort with his new ipad.
