I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.

Precision door is fantastic! Customer service was awesome! Technician was fantastic and called to come early. Tech explained everything snd checked everything over and gave explanation. Will definitely call again.

I was impressed from the first call to completion of work with the friendliness and quick response to my call. The repairman seemed knowledgeable about the repairs that needed doing. I added a couple of things that needed attention and he took care of those. I would highly recommend Precision.

I called Precision Door as I had water coming in my garage from the bottom of the garage door. Josh came out & tuned up the garage door & replaced the seal at the bottom of the door. I'm only giving 4 stars as we have not had any heavy rain since this was done so I'm unsure yet if that problem is fixed. I will say I would give Josh 5 star rating. He was very professional & friendly & did a great job explaining things & informative of garage door maintenance. I am hoping I've seen the last of the water in my garage for awhile!! Will definitely use this company for any future needs.

I really appreciated the promptness of the attention I received once I placed the call to Precision Overhead Door Service. Even though it was a weekend, I was assured that a Technician would be able to service my broken garage door. That Technician was Josh Martin and he did a wonderful job in reviewing our issue, providing options and worked hard to get the job done. He was very polite, reassuring and you understood that he knows garage doors very well and how they work. I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

Precision was responsive and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage opener. They presented a few repair and/or replace options. They answered all my questions, were polite, respectful and replaced the opener unit quickly. I will definitely contact Precision if I need garage door assistance again.

Emergency repair need this morning. Called the service on the garage door sticker and was met with a debilitating estimate before my situation was even fully explained. Called Precision after reading all their customer reviews online and: • Was met with a polite, helpful customer service scheduler • Was assured that our issue would be a priority with a noon–4 pm window for a service call. • Connor, our repairman was helpful, fully explaining all options and walking us thru our repair needs. He did an amazing job! Before he left he walked us thru his repairs and patiently answered all our questions. Money well spent! Great job, Connor! And it's not even 3:00 yet! The only repair sticker I have on our garage door is Precision. They'll be handing any/all garage door business at our house.

I chose precision because they were local and there was a sales representative that came out the same day. He was courteous and very knowledgeable giving three option after talking with me. I can’t say enough excellent comments how impressed I am with Daray and his attention to my garage door maintenance ! Daray is such a polite young man and explained exactly what service he was completing. Especially impressive was Daray’s notice that the lift bar initially installed on the door was not correct , was meant for a wood door . Our garage door would not close. I saw that Precision was open late and called -- in the meantime we were able to get it shut, so immediately situation averted. Jake came out the next morning. Our motor was shot. By afternoon we had a brand new garage door opener with keypad, quiet and fabulous and lifetime warrantied! Jake was terrific at explaining our options and demonstrating our new hardware....very efficient and professional as well! Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new purchase. Thank you!
