I used Precision a couple of years ago and was completely satisfied so when I needed more work done I called Precision and wow was I impressed. They set up an appointment for that afternoon and showed up right on time. The technician Daray Ferguson was fantastic. He was polite, courteous, friendly and very professional. Daray explained every step of the process throughly and precisely and made sure that I understood completely. The installation was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Daray and thanks Precision!

I was completely satisfied with the repair job Connor Karl did on our overhead garage door. He came with a confident attitude (I wasn't so confident), and he was very professional. I had escalated the repair in my mind so that it would take several men and several days to resolve the problem. It took him 2 hours with no help to rehab the door to a perfect working condition and the bill was (I thought) very reasonable. Thank you, Connor!!

Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

I came home on a Friday night to a garage door that wouldn’t open. Twelve hours later, I had a repair specialist at my door and the problem was resolved a couple hours after that. These people are dependable and efficient. I highly recommend you call them if you have a problem.

Greetings: My technician, Karl Conner, was a very courteous and professional young man whose expertise was of a paramount level. He fixed my garage door opener and explained ALL the parts of my old garage door, plus ALL the reasons why I was due for a new one. He was kind enough to recommend a product for me to use to spray my garage door parts in order to keep them in good working order. We discussed my need for a new garage door, and I learned things I was not previously aware of with this old door. I will more than likely return to your service for a new door before the year is over. I recommend this young man receive an immediate promotion. Y. Welch

Precision Door KC exceeding my expectations. My garage door got stuck on a Sunday evening. I searched for repair companies and ended up chatting online with Precision and got an appointment set up for the next morning. Only had a few minor issues so had them go ahead and service both garage doors. I was impressed with Daray’s professionalism. Precision is now my #1 contact for garage door repairs.

Conner called early, was on time, and knocked out the free inspection and door bottom seal replacement on both overhead doors in no time at all. The seals are brand new and a better style that the 30 year old originals, which Conner hauled off. A great start to a Saturday. Thank you, Trip

I was quoted $69.99 for the service all that was done was reprograming my home remote. and a handheld. After everything was complete, I ended up also paying an additional $15 that was not mentioned in the quote for maintenance. The service tech did a good job with the reprograming.

Daray Ferguson arrived at my location and I noticed that he was very knowledgeable. He was very informative on every aspect from the garage structure to the operation of one. I appreciate Daray for breaking it down to me in a novice customer level and not just a quick response. Look forward to working with him and Precision in the near future.

The customer service was great from the chat on the phone to the notification by the service person (Duray) that he was on his way. Duray was very professional and did a great job on the door he was working on. Very concise about what was needed and the time it would take as well as the accurate quotes for the work he was to do. Excellent work and in a very timely professional manner. Duray is excellent at his work. Thanks Precision.
