Daray did an amazing job. I thought I was just getting an estimate today, a few hours later I had a perfectly performing garage door. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Conner called early, was on time, and knocked out the free inspection and door bottom seal replacement on both overhead doors in no time at all. The seals are brand new and a better style that the 30 year old originals, which Conner hauled off. A great start to a Saturday. Thank you, Trip

I was quoted $69.99 for the service all that was done was reprograming my home remote. and a handheld. After everything was complete, I ended up also paying an additional $15 that was not mentioned in the quote for maintenance. The service tech did a good job with the reprograming.

The customer service was great from the chat on the phone to the notification by the service person (Duray) that he was on his way. Duray was very professional and did a great job on the door he was working on. Very concise about what was needed and the time it would take as well as the accurate quotes for the work he was to do. Lower than a 1*** I have tried to call the owner of the company with no reply. I had Daray, come out on Sunday 7/24/22 to repair spring that had broke. He told me he would give me a senior discount because I have grey hair. No big deal, but he tried to tell me the repairs would cost $2400. I said that was way to high for repairing a spring, so he adjusted the quote to a lower warranty period for $1600. I told him no and asked if he would help me raise the door to get cars out, he said it would be $200. I told him no and asked him to leave. Got both springs replaced today by a great guy that even looked at my 3rd car garage for $300. This company needs to look at their employees. This guy is a crook.

Office person answering The phone was very polite and very knowledgeable on the service that needed to be performed. I called Precision due to a comment from a Handyman I had used for bath stools repair. I asked him if he had an opinion on Overhead Door which I had used about 4-5 times in the past. He mentioned Precision & I told him I had seen TV Ads & had looked this company up on the internet & was interested.He said he had a friend that had used your company & was very pleased. So I called Precision on Monday July 18th, made the appointment for noon- 4pm on the 19th of July. Tyler Cunningham called when he was on his way, did the inspection, came in with the results, I was shocked with the price but called a friend, he wanted to direct me to a good, all around Handyman that has just completed 3 garage door openers in the past 3-4 weeks & he thought I would be wise to call this man. I talked to Tyler for a few minutes, I made the choice to give myself piece of mind & choose the Proffesional Man & Backed by a well known company. Did I have the funds?,NO!! But I feel like I have the Warranty & Proffesonial work of a Man that does this kind of work daily. The work was completed within maybe 2-2 hrs. I am very satisified, pleased & extremely Happy that yje job could be completed today.Everthing cleaned up & the needed information given to me, I understand how this new Genie Opener works, I am a very Happy Customer & both Tyler Cunningham & Precision get a # 5 Rating from this very satisifed customer. I would gladly recommend both the Company & Installer, who had the patience & clairity to explain the answers to my questions, asked & answered by Tyler. Job Well Done!!

Daray was AWESOME!!! He did a through walk through and explanation of what and why I was having problems with my garage door. He didn't get frustrated with all my questions and me asking him to repeat so that I had a clear understanding. LOL!!! Once we agreed on which option I would have done he immediately proceeded to work to get the door in working order. Even after I changed my mind (when he was almost done!!!) and decided on a different option Daray was very nice and accommodating. I commend anyone that works in the heat and provide quality workmanship. The Service Performed and Purchase a new Product? needs to be updated to be able to select more than one product)

I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.

Precision Door KC exceeding my expectations. My garage door got stuck on a Sunday evening. I searched for repair companies and ended up chatting online with Precision and got an appointment set up for the next morning.
