One visit, problems solved! London was absolutely fantastic, and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and answered all of my questions. My garage door would not raise due to the awful condition of the spring. After he replaced the spring, the door not only raises but the motion is smoother, no longer noisy, much lighter, and will remain open on its own when the emergency lever is released (not the case before). I'm so glad I contacted Precision, this was an excellent service! Thanks London!

London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

Your sales person, Paul Igla, was very helpful and professional. The spring on our 50 year old garage door broke so we had him write up a bid on a new door as well as a new opener. He was very pleasant and explained everything well.

I choose Precision due to free estimates. The technician started to suggest a complex procedure but stopped and listened and looked at what I explained happened. This resulted in a reasonable repair. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition. His customer service and incredible knowledge of the door structure is un-matched in the industry and will be recommended to my community neighbors. London was so nice and helpful. I had a new Garage Door opener installed last week by "Pro-Lift". It was so loud and grinding. I called them back. They came out and said "Chain Openers" make noise. The chain drive they replaced was much quieter than my older Chain Drive and it was quieter. Even London immediately knew it should not make that terrible noise. It cost me 900 bucks which I'm out. He replaced it with a quieter opener. I'm not sure what type of opener he installed but it was not a Belt Driven because he placed it in the center of the garage door. It sure sounds so much better. Precision installed new two car, garage door spings and bearings today. Price was expensive but significantly lower than another bid I received. Jason D. showed up on a Sunday to repair our "worn out" garage door. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our garage door setup is "unique" to say the least - the coil springs are located at the back of the tracks instead of over the top of the garage door. This required some customized changes to get the door up and operational again. Jason did it! Since he didn't have the unique cables required for the job, he returned the next day to finish the job. Our garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to get the job done RIGHT!!!
