Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

He listened carefully while I explained the problem I was having, then he thoughtfully explained the steps necessary to correct the problem. He was professional and personable. We had used your company before on our other home in Excelsior Springs & that's why we called you again. The only thing we didn't like was the pricing for what had to be done. We needed help with our garage door ASAP as we were going out of town Friday. We called Precision at 9:00pm on a Thursday night and they were able to get us an appointment for the next morning. London showed up at 9:30am and got our garage door working like new!! London was awesome, helpful, and just a cool dude!! We will definitely be using them again!!!

Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. I scheduled my garage door repair on like and the technician called about 8:15 am like scheduled. Conner was friendly and showed up with in 25 to 2o mins as promised. Conner was friendly and easy to work with. Conner covered different options and was never HIGH PRESSURE! The repair was quick and the cost was exactly as promised. Very professional! Would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

From start to finish, Precision Garage Doors service was great. A broken spring during the night had us trapped in our garage. The receptionist was spot on, friendly, kind and helpful. Even the second time I called and talked to someone else, very professional. A picture and message was sent to my phone soon after making the appointment so I knew who was going to show up. He called before and gave me a 20 minute window for him to arrive and was on time. The advice, service and repair were so good and again, helpful, polite and personable. I will always suggest this company going forward.
