I was a first-time customer, and my experience could not have been better. The office staff and technicians were courteous and very professional. The technician, Tyler Cunningham, suggested what needed to be done to prolong the life of both my garage door and opener. He explained everything to me and gave me different options as to what I could do for repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, and everything works like new. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Daray was my tech. Very courteous got right to work. Did not have the part I needed and instead of just trying to make something work he went and got the right part that I needed. Explained the condition of my door opener and my garage door. No hard sell. Fair price. Will definitely call next time I have a door or opener problem.

I had two garage doors repaired. I was very pleased with the work done efficiently with the result being my doors working well and much quieter. The two men that came were on time, very polite, did an evaluation and then explained my options as to what level of work I wanted to do. There was no pressure but the options were explained well giving price and time of warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing work on their garage doors,

Always, Same day service, friendly and reliable. Today I would like to recognize Conner Karl he was the repair man that came today. Such a nice young man very knowledgeable and friendly. Did an awesome job explaining what was wrong and how it could be fixed and the cost wasn’t pushy but expressed that it needed to be fixed. If i need work done again I would like it to be him that comes to do it.

I found you online after KC Overhead door told me that they couldn’t get here until Thursday. While you couldn’t get here yesterday as advertised, I decided to give your company a chance. I used Precision a couple of years ago and was completely satisfied so when I needed more work done I called Precision and wow was I impressed. They set up an appointment for that afternoon and showed up right on time. The technician Daray Ferguson was fantastic. He was polite,courteous, friendly and very professional. I was completely satisfied with the repair job Connor Karl did on our overhead garage door. He came with a confident attitude (I wasn't so confident), and he was very professional. I had escalated the repair in my mind so that it would take several men and several days to resolve the problem. It took him 2 hours with no help to rehab the door to a perfect working condition and the bill was (I thought) very reasonable. Thank you, Connor!!

Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

Greetings: My technician, Karl Conner, was a very courteous and professional young man whose expertise was of a paramount level. He fixed my garage door opener and explained ALL the parts of my old garage door, plus ALL the reasons why I was due for a new one. He was kind enough to recommend a product for me to use to spray my garage door parts in order to keep them in good working order. We discussed my need for a new garage door, and I learned things I was not previously aware of with this old door.
