When I called they gave me options for time slot for repairs next day in the afternoon/evening which is what I needed due to my schedule. The text came through right on time in that window with a picture of the technician and his name and that he was on his way. This is really good because you know who to expect showing up within that time window frame that was promised. When Steve Ray showed up I explained my issue with the broken springs and he was very knowledgeable and gave me options to choose from. He replaced the items we agreed on and was very fast and efficient. You could tell with his confidence that he repaired my issue and explained the warranty and to call back with any issues. First they are Veteran owed and employ veterans. When I called they responded immediately and were ready that day to come out and do the work, we opted to do it the next day they said they would be here between 8-10 am They called us at 8 and were here about 8:20 fixed it and were gone in less than 90 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone.

Brian You asked for it so here goes. First, I had an appointment set up yesterday for 2-4pm. I stayed home waiting. London called at about 5:30 and said it would be about another 1 1/2 hours or so. He called around 6:45 and said he could be out at 8:15 which is way to late considering it's probably about an hours work. London was nice enough to show up at 8:00am this morning. But his first estimate for cable's and 2 springs was over $1,000.00. That is 2 1/2 times more than another estimate I received and his second estimate for $640.00 was a little over 1 1/2 times more than another estimate I received which I went with. Same amount of work, same materials etc. and the company has a 5 star rating. Too bad it didn't work out. Mike McIntosh

I chose this service because I had used them in the past. Although this experience was not the same as the first. I have a double garage door and it has 2 springs on each side, as it has a pully system. Each time I had them replace 2 springs on my garage door. First time, no issues and he gave me a full inspection sheet on what he saw and replace the 2 outer springs. Second time, it was someone different and there was not a full inspection just the suggestion of changing the rollers. I had him replace the 2 inner springs and he did with two different sizes. Now my garage door has 3 springs of one size and 1 spring is small. I asked him about it and he stated that it would help them last longer. I am not the professional so I let it go. Now every time I look at the springs it does not feel right. If I was to fill out this review the first time around, it would have been a 5 star rating. After the second experience, the rating has dropped.

Overall I cannot find any reason to recommend this company. Paid to have a garage door opener installed because the one I had was not internet capable. Within an hour and a half of having the garage door opener installed my door would not open. Call Precision and they said they would contact the installer and nothing happened. Called back and they said they would send an emergency email and again no response. I could go on but in the end my car was stuck in my garage for 3 days. I understand the issue with the snow but you had the opportunity to resolve the issue. When you did come out I felt like I was bein g held hostage/blackmailed....pay me money to fix the door or have a $1,000 opener you can't use. I could understand if something broke I would have to pay but I had a perfectly operational door that ceased to work after your technician installed the opener...again....nothing was broken.
