Richard was on time arriving and promptly at inspecting garage door and providing me a quote. He did a quick and very good job replacing one broken roller hinge and installing the nylon rollers. Will definitely use them again

Dean was wonderful! Even though it was just a broken spring, our garage doors hadn't been touched in a couple of decades and really were a mess. We knew when you came out there was more that needed to be done. Dean was friendly, professional, and honest. There was no upsale - just real diagnosis and answers. This company is a mess. Called for an estimate and they gave me a 4 hour window. Asked for 30 minute called, and she said 8 to noon. Then the guy comes out. Did not know how to do an estimate, had to call the office. He then used my ladder without asking and then borrowed my tape measure. He then sent me an estimate for $0.00. I waited a week and then called the number. They said they didn't have one. They would have the tech who didn't know how to fill it out, do it again. Past performance is an indicator of future performance. Do I want them back at my house, probably not.

Had very professional service when Precision worked on my garage door in the past. Recommended you to my step daughter [Renee] for her door problems. When we set up the appointment we did on-line chat to confirm we would get a heads-up before technician headed to the site. We did not receive the heads-up which was needed since no one was at house to answer the door. [Fortunately, my step-daughter happened to be there] By the time I arrived the work was completed and I paid for the work [about a half-hour job]. When I asked Landon what he found he gave me an answer like: "I knew what the problem was and took care of it." No specific steps he did. Then he said the wheels were bad and needed to be replaced. I told him no. I was going to call Precision later in November to come and check my door, but was not as impressed today with professionalism. A call to customer before arrival should be SOP. Note: because of unavailability of having someone at the house my wife's [Renee's mother who paid] phone number was given and my email was used for contacts. No one at the house should be contacted.

London B the service tech was courteous, quick and from what I could tell did good work in replacing the broken spring and replaced rollers, bearings, etc. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive the paid invoice & had to chat with & call Precision to get it sent to me the next day. Also I believe the service was too expensive based on the install time & the parts purchased.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this company!! All the other companies were texting me, but they called and offered a free estimate. Within 3 hours Jake T. Showed up!! Super great person!! He was very professional, easy to understand and I felt really good about the price. 1 hour later he had me fixed up and my garage was closing. Not only closing, but closing quietly!! About three years ago, we purchased new doors, openers, etc. for our garage from Precision. The opener for our large door recently stopped working so we called Precision to help us with it. We were told that the plastic gear in the Genie motor broke but that a new motor with a metal gear was now available...for $1,500 dollars. We were also told that it was possible to swap out the gear itself for a few hundred dollars and that we would receive a call to book the service. After a few days of waiting, we called Precision to follow-up and were told that the technician had to be consulted about it and that we would receive a call back. Needless to say, we didn't receive a call back. Unacceptable. Suggesting to replace the motor for another $1,500 after spending all that money with Precision just three years earlier is crazy. Not to mention the lack of follow through. I have a neighbor who is looking to replace their garage doors soon. Rest assured, they won't be reaching out to Precision. I look forward to seeing my comments on your site.

Hi! I had the BEST! Precision service technician experience with London Benjamin. He installed my Brand New Equipment with Great Care. He listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable and Responsive. I’m really Happy with the way London took his time in checking out the Entire System including the Garage door. Dean my service tech from Precision Door arrived right on time. Performed a 25-point safety check and confirmed my springs needed to be replaced and a couple of the wheels on the door needed to be replaced. Dean was able to provide a quote for the safest and most reliable path forward for replacing the springs and the wheels. Once reviewed I agreed to replace the springs and wheels along with the opener. Dean was able to replace all of these items it a timely manner and was beyond professional. Precision door has a customer for life thanks to Deans amazing skill set and professionalism.

Your technician, Hunter was very professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I was unable to give you my business for a couple of reasons. First I could not see or touch your product. Second, your price was over 60% higher than the door I like at Home Depot. By the printed specifications I believe the two products are comparable. Not being able to see or touch your product I have to trust your printed specifications. Their warranty on the painted surfaces was quite a bit longer than yours as well.

We chose to have our garage door opener replaced. Richard Lion did an excellent job, was kind, courteous and professional. The total cost was a bit more expensive than we thought it would be but quality these days certainly isn't cheap. We will definately use them again for any garage door needs.

We called Precision because we thought we had a serious problem. They were able to come out soon after my call. There employee said everything looked good and in kind words explained our problem was operator error. Therefore, nothing had to be done.
