Your technician Connor was very nice and helpful. He explained the work that he was going to do giving us a quote before he started. He also checked out the garage door springs and door panels. He gave us quotes for future work if we decided to upgrade the garage door system. Also your scheduler Crystal was very helpful in arranging a service time that worked well for our schedule.

I had a garage door spring break the day before going out of town. So I called and go a same-day appt with 4-6pm arrival. I took off work early to be there. At 5:30pm, I received a call from technician that he did not have time to do the repair that day. I asked about coming the next morning, but he said he was already booked for the day and I'd have to reschedule. The technician still wanted to "accommodate" me by coming by to assess the problem and give a quote. I told him this was not necessary and not to come if he did not have time to replace the spring. This has been quite a frustrating experience, and I will not be a customer of Precision Door.

I just had a great experience with Precision. My garage wasn’t opening consistently and had a dent in a panel from it coming down on my car. The technician came out immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it within an hour and charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I initially was worried about paying a lot of money for repairs. Instead, I learned how Precision can get the job done both efficiently and cost-effectively. Steve showed up promptly and reviewed our problem (old remotes and an old keypad) and ran me through a list of options. Once my choices were made, it was another 15 minutes and everything was done and worked perfectly! Just the kind of service one would ask for!
