Dean was the tech that came to our house, and I thought he was very courteous and professional. He was thorough and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. the only question that I had was the coupon indicated the price of $639 was incorrect. I think that you should get that corrected. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dean was able to do the work right then.

Saw TV ad and had spring replaced almost a year ago. Recently one of the cables that lifts the door came off the pulley. Based on last service I called Precision again. Turns out there was also a factory defect in the spring they replaced a year ago. They replaced the spring under warranty and the rest of the repairs were less than $90. Sorry, but I think you should know my experience with your company. The ads are slick, and the telephone scheduler, Ashley, was friendly and courteous, but the technician, who arrived was not inpiring confidence in his mannerisms and English language deficits. Oddly, he arrived early making me wonder if he was like a foreign Uber driver intercepting this job -- especially when he quoted $250 to fix a simple wiring problem with one of the two doors safety closing mechanism. At that point I declined your services, and called my trusted Overhead Door Co, who I have relied on for years. They fixed it professionally in all aspects with a $79 tune up charge.

Fortunately, a second local provider inspected the same setup and quoted half the price for equivalent work, underscoring the discrepancy. While Precision may deliver quality repairs, their pricing and communication fell short, leading me to select a more transparent and cost-effective option. I won't be returning for future needs.

I was so happy with the service you provided. My door broke on Thursday and I immediately used your online scheduling. You were available and came on Saturday afternoon and fixed it. Dean was the technician. He did an excellent job identifying and telling me about the problem and then describing the repair options and estimates. During the same visit, he was able to make the repairs, and the door is working normally again! I am completely satisfied because of the ease of scheduling, because Dean showed up on time as scheduled, and because about 48 hours after the door broke, the repair had been completed. And pricing was reasonable. Excellent job! I am so glad I contacted your company.

Hunter took the time to watch and listen to the door to assess the issues then wrote up the quote with options and explained them as well as answered all my questions. We needed new springs, rollers, cables and a keypad. After he made the repairs, he went over everything again, explained what changes were made as well as made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done to keep the door working well.

Starting with making a late night phone call to request a garage door repair and expecting to get a recording (it was a LIVE person at their answering service!!) to the service call itself was the most professional experience I have had in a long, long time. I requested an estimate, but did not use Precision Garage Door for my repair. I appreciated the free service call and estimate, but discovered that the prices were much higher than other companies. I received an estimate to replace two springs on my garage door, and it seemed high. So I got a second estimate. Feature for feature, the second estimate was 60% less than Precision Garage Door.

Precision was prompt. Figured out the problem and fixed it good. Unlike Overhead Door Company that sent a couple lazy tech's in the past who just aquirted someting on the doors and left. If you need work, choose wisely.
