I would recommend Precision Doors. Today was a repair on a door panel that my teenager backed into. The techs located replacements for me and provided several options on how to proceed. I was not home when the technician came out, but I was quoted when I called $150.00 if they had to change out my keypad. They did not have to change it out, it just had to be reprogrammed, which I was not able to accomplish when I tried to do it myself. Tech also reprogrammed 2 remotes for us. My husband said he was there no longer than a 1/2 hour and the total was $265.00. I was shocked. Would it have been cheaper for him to replace the keypad? There is really no breakdown of the charges so it’s difficult for me to quantify. How much were the remotes to program? Was the programming of keypad that expensive and would that programming have been an additional charge if the keypad had been replaced? And what is that $15.00 environmental fee for? As far as I know he did not leave with any old parts. I would like an explanation and am currently waiting for someone to call me. If I had been given a higher quote or possible additional charges had been explained to me when I asked for pricing, I could have made an informed decision on whether this was worth having done. We were still able to use the garage with our remotes we just couldn’t use keypad. I may have decided to do it anyway. I see your commercials on Fox 4 every morning and the company seemed trustworthy, that is why I called you, but I feel I was swindled. I’m sorry that’s how I feel. Hopefully someone will reach out to explain this and make it right.

The service man that came out to resolve my problem of the door not responding did a fantastic job, he explained every thing that he was going to do before he got started to make sure I understand and the end results. He was very courteous, very clean, and more then willing to answer all my questions. With out a doubt he did a very good job. And was in and out in no time. I did call and ask that the name on the account to be changed to Grace Hardiman and not Garson Hardman. The person that I spoke to assured me that it would be changed. I left a review on Google as well. I made an appointment at 6:45 in the morning, my garage door wouldn’t open. I got an appointment for early afternoon. I was amazed. Antonio my tech even arrived early. He had my problem identified and offered 3 strategies to handle my repair. All the estimates were in writing and the one I chose was ended up exactly as quoted. The who experience was excellent. I highly recommend Procession. Their Commercial is 100% true, their techs are the top notch.

Precision Overhead Garage door meet and exceeded our expectations. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening so I called Wednesday morning asking for service. Tyler Cunningham, Lead Technician, was here the same day, on time and advised us when he was about 30 minutes away. Tyler was very professional, he saw the broken spring and wire, explained he would inspect the door and then advised me of the results and my repair options with costs. Once decided, Tyler and his trainee went to work replacing springs and rollers on both my single garage doors. London was very nice. Done a good job. Told me rollers were bad. door 25 yrs old. Probably orig with house, also replaced weatherstrip on door. We would recommend London for any maintenance. He also noticed spring wasn’t installed right , he adjusted that also. Sorry I had pro lift put opener in & replace spring. Very poor service from this co. Precision service man knew what he was doing. Haven’t ever used Precision before today.
