Been using Precision on several occasion, since awhile back the garage door broke early evening and crew came out and repaired after normal business hours. This issue intermittent door not opening , Connor diagnosed issue, provided a solution, provided a walk through of changes. Job well done !!

Your repairman was courteous, pleasant and professional. He appropriately answered my questions. He explained the need for all of the services performed. He replaced the springs, rollers and ball bearings on my main garage door and performed maintenance on my other garage door in a little over one hour.

I can’t say enough excellent comments how impressed I am with Daray and his attention to my garage door maintenance ! Daray is such a polite young man and explained exactly what service he was completing. Especially impressive was Daray’s notice that the lift bar initially installed on the door was not correct , was meant for a wood door . Appreciated very much this being changed to the correct support bar. I will highly recommend Precision Door to all my friends and family ! Thank you so much for your excellent service !

What do you do when the spring on your garage door breaks on the Saturday morning of the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend and you can't lift the garage door open. Under these circumstances, my wife and I appreciated that Precision Door KC answered our phone call on Saturday and scheduled the repairs for Monday (Memorial Day). There was no need to leave a message and wait for a return call next business day (Tuesday). Andrew arrived on Monday, assessed the problem and completed the repairs efficiently. Our experience with Precision was very positive; we'll keep their number handy if needed in the future.

Great job. Spring broke Friday at 5PM. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 24 hours. Andrew was professional and communicated well as our time window neared and was able to service our garage door in between our boys basketball games. Called on a Sunday afternoon and actually talked to a person instead of leaving a message. The person was thorough and made sure she had accurately taken down the contact information I gave her as well as the nature of my problem. The name of the employees assigned to do the work was sent ahead of time was also impressive.
