We had a great experience with our 2 techs today. They were helpful and explained things in laymens' terms. I was able to make an educated decision on my purchases. They also educated me on how my new system worked. My new system is quieter and far more safe with many new and needed features. Thank you!

Called on a Sunday afternoon and actually talked to a person instead of leaving a message. The person was thorough and made sure she had accurately taken down the contact information I gave her as well as the nature of my problem. The name of the employees assigned to do the work was sent ahead of time was also impressive.

After looking at my garage door I realized the main spring had broken in two places. Since this was my first use of a repair company I went to the Yellow Pages and found your add. Cutis was such a pleasure to have at my home for the service call. He was very detailed in checking that all functions with my door were working properly. My call was minor but I am so happy contacted Precision and Curtis was the technician sent....I would ask for him again when service would be needed!!!

We chose Precision Door because they responded rapidly (under 1 hr) to my online service request. The technician Tobin was there the next day (early). He was very professional, knowledgable and polite. He diagnosed our problem quickly, gave our opener a thorough inspection and found additional potential problems. He informed us of every individual repair and part cost before fixing it. Tobin was fantastic. Told him I'd pass his card onto anyone needing a referral for garage door service. Appreciate the prompt response, knowledge, friendliness & expertise of technician, call before appointment letting me know when he'd be arriving, and liked being able to see a picture and read background of Tobin prior to appointment. Would highly recommend!

5 stars. Good guys. Easy to talk to. Knew their stuff. Quick. Clean. They suggested additional service, some of which I declined, some I accepted. Ended up paying more than I would have liked, but dropping $500 on a service call seems to be the norm today. Oh well. I called at 8am on Saturday and my problem was solved by 1pm same day.. Doesn't get much better than that.

Steve, our technician arrived as promised between 8:00am & 10:00am. He was dressed nicely and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He knew his business well. He repaired our door. We opted to have him give it "the works" and it has never operated more smoothly.
