They came out in May and installed a new garage door opener and saved us a lot of money by repairing are old garage doors. We are very happy to finally be able to use them to get into our split level. This week they came out promptly to do some minor adjustments to our opener. We have lived in out house for three years and always thought that we need new garage doors. I did called Precision and they came out and said that they could repair our doors and replace our garage door opener at a savings to us. They replaced the rollers,springs and installed safety lines on the springs. I we so happy the first time that I came home from the store with my hands full and could go through the garage and not have to mess around with the front door and trying to unlock it. I am very happy with the work!!!!! Also they came and gave me an estimate and said that they could have it fixed that night. They ran into a problem and had to come back the next day. But true to there word there was no extra fee for them to come back. They were very professional and cleaned up after they left. They made sure that I knew how to operate the key pad and change the code. I would recommend precision to anyone.
