I contacted your company to have my garage door lubricated. The representative that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair quickly. I have only one complaint and it deals with price. When I called to make the appointment, I actually knew exactly what was needed and asked what the cost would be? I was told about $50.00 (actually $48.00 and change) by the woman who took the call. When the Rep came out, suddenly the price grew...and grew...and GREW!!! Obviously, I understood it was going to be more depending on additional services but I did not want additional services; I just wanted the lubrication. The Rep said the price for that was $125.00! When I asked what happened to the $50.00 that I was quoted, he actually said to me "Do you really think I would come all the way out here for $50.00?" You know, I have worked in customer service all of my adult life and that was probably the rudest comment I have ever received from a company Rep. I realize I must be very naive about prices and truly did not have an issue paying more. My issue is that I was quoted $50.00 and that's what I expected to pay and then I was rudely told that your company wouldn't even come out for that amount? Then why quote that amount???

I have not had problems with my garage until now, so this is my first time acquiring garage door services. I received a coupon in my mail saying that Precision would give a quote/estimate for free, and I'm glad I went with them. My service technician, London, was running ahead of schedule and was able to assess my garage door earlier than expected. He was polite and seemed very knowledgeable and like he cared about the job being done right. Upon assessing my garage, he explained to me how my garage doors had been installed poorly and what he could do to make it right. He gave me an honest quote and explained clearly what urgently needed to be done and what could wait, so that I could save money on this particular job. He educated me on what I could expect in the future in terms of the garage doors and my garage itself, which is detached and has a foundation that is settling, partially contributing to the problems with the doors in addition to past poor installation; he then fixed everything I agreed to, rapidly, the same day. I'm able to park in my garage again. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this company to friends.

The Technician Daray, arrived well within the defined time frame. He quickly reviewed the prior estimate, described his methodology and began to assemble his supplies and tools. Once the work was underway, he gladly responded to questions. I was impressed with his attention to detail, the work area and the maintaining a completely professional manner. Sarah paid particular attention to balancing the door, making adjustments to roller performance and installing a new opener on a really hot and humid day. Before I had anticipated, the work area was restored to its previous state of cleanliness, the opener was installed with all new hardware and was operating more quietly than ever before. This was Daray’s third service call in a ten-year period. Precision Garage Door Service is truly a name that you can trust. This was a minor fix issue where a roller had jumped out of the track. Our Aspen doors are 2 years old. I was disappointed in the fact that the door is not fixed and ask for a verbal estimate and the quoted over 600.00 for two bottom panels the whole door was 900 installed. I ask about senior citizen discount couldn’t give a straight answer saw your add on TV very disappointed I see your company is all about the dollar thanks but no thanks
