The tech Steve was great. Cable on the door came off the drum and wrapped around the spring. Cables and spring are less than a year old. I still had to pay a $80.00 service fee for something that shouldn’t have happened with new hardware that was less than a year old.

I’ve seen the truck in the area and decided to call. They were able to come out the same day. The repairman was so nice and explained what was wrong with our doors. Great people, they sh pop wed up on time and checked it all over as it would not open or close. They tried everting and then we tried my truck remote and it now works. Haven’t use the remote for 6 years. Asked them to replace wall switch but there’s wouldn’t connect! NO charge I I REPEAT NO charge!!!!! Great company and service. You cannot go wrong. USE THEM
