Sorry, but I think you should know my experience with your company. The ads are slick, and the telephone scheduler, Ashley, was friendly and courteous, but the technician, who arrived was not inpiring confidence in his mannerisms and English language deficits. Oddly, he arrived early making me wonder if he was like a foreign Uber driver intercepting this job -- especially when he quoted $250 to fix a simple wiring problem with one of the two doors safety closing mechanism. At that point I declined your services, and called my trusted Overhead Door Co, who I have relied on for years. They fixed it professionally in all aspects with a $79 tune up charge.

Hunter took the time to watch and listen to the door to assess the issues then wrote up the quote with options and explained them as well as answered all my questions. We needed new springs, rollers, cables and a keypad. After he made the repairs, he went over everything again, explained what changes were made as well as made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done to keep the door working well.

I was not home when the technician came out, but I was quoted when I called $150.00 if they had to change out my keypad. They did not have to change it out, it just had to be reprogrammed, which I was not able to accomplish when I tried to do it myself. Tech also reprogrammed 2 remotes for us. My husband said he was there no longer than a 1/2 hour and the total was $265.00. I was shocked. Would it have been cheaper for him to replace the keypad? There is really no breakdown of the charges so it’s difficult for me to quantify. How much were the remotes to program? Was the programming of keypad that expensive and would that programming have been an additional charge if the keypad had been replaced? And what is that $15.00 environmental fee for? As far as I know he did not leave with any old parts. I would like an explanation and am currently waiting for someone to call me. If I had been given a higher quote or possible additional charges had been explained to me when I asked for pricing, I could have made an informed decision on whether this was worth having done. We were still able to use the garage with our remotes we just couldn’t use keypad. I may have decided to do it anyway. I see your commercials on Fox 4 every morning and the company seemed trustworthy, that is why I called you, but I feel I was swindled. I’m sorry that’s how I feel. Hopefully someone will reach out to explain this and make it right.

The service man that came out to resolve my problem of the door not responding did a fantastic job, he explained every thing that he was going to do before he got started to make sure I understand and the end results. He was very courteous, very clean, and more then willing to answer all my questions. With out a doubt he did a very good job. And was in and out in no time. I did call and ask that the name on the account to be changed to Grace Hardiman and not Garson Hardman. The person that I spoke to assured me that it would be changed.
