I called Precision with a garage door problem Saturday morning, after being unable the previous couple of days to contact the original door installer. A few hours later, Precision's technician Daray had the repair completed. I appreciate the quick response!

Even when you own an older home, with older equipment, you still get a sinking feeling when any part of your garage door breaks. Too many door companies appear to be looking only to sell completely new door packages. I was thrilled to see displayed in Precision’s ad, the long list of repairs they perform. Then the great testimonies and awards that were posted really were comforting! Finally, my repairman’s fantastic customer service and expertise made me a customer for life! It was a win/win for me. There was nothing wrong with door - operator error :-) But Andrew replaced the bottom rubber stripping, tightened every thing, oiled and showed me how to properly keep it oiled. Very satisfied with the service.

I am so impressed! I submitted a request on Monday, was contacted immediately and schedule a time that worked for my family to have our garage fixed. The service associates showed up at the top of the time window, made recommendations, and were able to fix our issue in a same day visit. Just had Andrew H. out to our house this afternoon to repair our garage door opener. Andrew was fantastic! Personable, friendly, and provided exceptional service! He came the same day we called (and earlier than his scheduled time, at that!). He clearly explained the work he provided. And although we were not in the market to replace our garage doors at this time (though they could use it!), we will certainly go with Precision Door when that time comes. Thanks so much!

I chose you because of 24/7 service, even though you could not come out Tuesday night. You answered the phone, other companies I called didn't answer their phones. Also, Gabriel was excellent, explained everything to me and was a top knotch repairman for garage doors.

The coil springs on my double-wide garage door failed early on the morning of March 12. I went to the Yellow Pages and made what proved to be an excellent choice. They answered their phone at 6:00 a.m. and I made an appointment for between 8 and 10 a.m. Gabriel arrived at my home at around 9:15 and was finished with the work by 11 a.m. He also pointed out how rust had invaded many of the moving parts... The best $877 I ever spent!! Thanks!!

they did the job, I thought it was very pricey, should have hired the garage door people instead of a handyman if it was going to be that pricey, I didn't have the coupon for free service call because they were referred through this site, therefore they charged $49.00 did not get senior discount there were no consideration for me just a hard price!!! was desperate next time I will take my time and hire people that care about the cost!!

Wow! Where do I start with this review... first of all, highly rated online for service and quality of work for which I can attest to both. They came out to my home, examined the previous garage door and took extensive measurements to ensure a perfect fit for my new door. The gentleman (Jesse) came out to measure and installed the door with another team member and had my door ready in about 4 weeks. It took the team about 5 hours to make sure the door fit and operated flawlessly and gave me the run down on maintenance and operation. Would highly recommend you give these guys a call for anything to do with garage doors!

I contacted Precision about reattaching the cables and rewinding the springs on my door. They were able to schedule me in a few hours. The technicians arrived on time, were polite and very informative explaining what they would do and what they could do if I was interested in upgrading my door. My door was back in operation in an hour to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I Purchased my garage doors from Precision 11 years ago. Never had a problem till Thursday, when the house painters taped my door shut so they could paint. Thursday afternoon, they asked me to open the door which I tried to do. Fortunately, the bracket pulled out (like it's supposed to do) since the door was taped shut on both sides. I called and Daray Ferguson came out. He arrived early, and was able to get my door back in operation in no time. Thank you so much for such excellent service! I will recommend you to everyone!
