I am a retired disabled veteran, my repair was not complicated but it was something I could not do myself. Antonio Zuniga of Precision Garage showed up on time, fixed my door quickly and installed a 2nd handle to make it easier on my shoulder to lift. Great job, Good company

I was not home when the technician came out, but I was quoted when I called $150.00 if they had to change out my keypad. They did not have to change it out, it just had to be reprogrammed, which I was not able to accomplish when I tried to do it myself. Tech also reprogrammed 2 remotes for us. My husband said he was there no longer than a 1/2 hour and the total was $265.00. I was shocked. Would it have been cheaper for him to replace the keypad? There is really no breakdown of the charges so it’s difficult for me to quantify. How much were the remotes to program? Was the programming of keypad that expensive and would that programming have been an additional charge if the keypad had been replaced? And what is that $15.00 environmental fee for? As far as I know he did not leave with any old parts. I would like an explanation and am currently waiting for someone to call me. If I had been given a higher quote or possible additional charges had been explained to me when I asked for pricing, I could have made an informed decision on whether this was worth having done. We were still able to use the garage with our remotes we just couldn’t use keypad. I may have decided to do it anyway. I see your commercials on Fox 4 every morning and the company seemed trustworthy, that is why I called you, but I feel I was swindled. I’m sorry that’s how I feel. Hopefully someone will reach out to explain this and make it right.

The service man that came out to resolve my problem of the door not responding did a fantastic job, he explained every thing that he was going to do before he got started to make sure I understand and the end results. He was very courteous, very clean, and more then willing to answer all my questions. With out a doubt he did a very good job. And was in and out in no time. I did call and ask that the name on the account to be changed to Grace Hardiman and not Garson Hardman. The person that I spoke to assured me that it would be changed. The reason for the request is that if I have reason to call again I want to have it on record that I have used your company. Thank you.

The tech called early and was able to work us in much sooner than originally scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated our problem and gave us a couple of options. I elected to have both springs replaced (only 1 was broken) and have all 3 bearings replaced. The cost was pricey ($975), but dealing with torsion springs is dangerous if you're not trained, and definitely out of my wheelhouse. Hopefully, the door will be good for years to come.

I recently called to have service on my garage door for a loud squeaking noise it was making every time I opened or closed it. The technician, Richard, was able to promptly access the issue, determine the cause and recommend the fix. He explained the issue in terms I could understand and what to look for as the rollers age. Richard was very friendly, professional and courteous.

Very pleased with Precision Garage Door. They were able to get here earlier than their scheduled time..which I greatly appreciated! The tech they sent, Nick, was very friendly and, after surveying my garage door situation, explained all nuts and bolts that would be needed to fix my problem. After I was shown what the cost would be and agreeing to the price, he went right to work and, before I knew it, he was finished and my garage door was fixed . : After reviewing some customer comments regarding your company I decided to schedule a work order. I was pleased at the quick response as bad weather was scheduled for the next day. I did some research on various sources regarding a cost to replace the springs on my style of garage door. I carefully researched that I was comparing the correct style of spring. The average cost of replacement was $250 to $450. The average as $350. When the tech showed up he quoted me $350 per spring. I said thanks for coming but no. After about 10 minutes he said he could do the job for $350 plus $150 for installation. We settled on $350 installed The job was finished. I paid him and he left. I am 84 years old, not born yesterday but why was I subject to this treatment?
