Tyler diagnose our problem gave us a estimate. He indicated he had every thing on his truck to do the repair. Their was no pressure to correct the problem (as the door was working at that time). We new it was only a mater of time before it broke again. Tyler gave us three options to do the repair, we chose the 5 year warrantee. Tyler went to work and 1 1/2 hours our garage door is like new. Tyler has a great attitude good personality and represent precision door very well, I would recommend precision to anyone needing a garage door repaired . Dave A

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I would give Daray, the senior technician who fixed my overhead garage door, 10 stars if I could. He is incredibly competent, quick, hard-working, kind, explains things completely, and so much more. I have never been happier with any service I have used in the Kansas City area. Precision came to my home on August 27 to give me a bid for replacing two garage doors. I told the rep. what I wanted and he said he would give me a cost estimate by Monday August 30. It is now September 4th I have yet to hear back. If this is the type of attention a potential customer gets I wonder what kind of service the company provides its customers. Very disappointed.

Inquired online about getting a quote for a new garage door and within no more than a couple hours (on a Sunday!), I received a phone call to set up a time for a representative to come out to my house to give me a quote. It happened they had a time available the next day later in the afternoon. Garreth, one of their representatives, came out, answered all the questions and concerns I could think of, (and there were a lot) and I ended up purchasing a new garage door! Garreth was informative, courteous, and helpful. There are a lot of choices to make but we (rather, I think he persevered with me—lol!) got it done. So far so good and I’m excited to have my new garage door installed in the next few weeks.

I received terrible service from another company. Precision recognized that the other company should have installed a new garage door opener, instead of replacing a part. Precision installed a new garage door opener at cost with not installation fee, because of what I went through with the other company. I thought how awesome is that. I will be using Precision going forward.
