He is incredibly competent, quick, hard-working, kind, explains things completely, and so much more. I have never been happier with any service I have used in the Kansas City area. Precision came to my home on August 27 to give me a bid for replacing two garage doors. I told the rep. what I wanted and he said he would give me a cost estimate by Monday August 30. It is now September 4th I have yet to hear back. If this is the type of attention a potential customer gets I wonder what kind of service the company provides its customers. Very disappointed.

Inquired online about getting a quote for a new garage door and within no more than a couple hours (on a Sunday!), I received a phone call to set up a time for a representative to come out to my house to give me a quote. It happened they had a time available the next day later in the afternoon. Garreth, one of their representatives, came out, answered all the questions and concerns I could think of, (and there were a lot) and I ended up purchasing a new garage door! Garreth was informative, courteous, and helpful. There are a lot of choices to make but we (rather, I think he persevered with me—lol!) got it done. So far so good and I’m excited to have my new garage door installed in the next few weeks.

I received terrible service from another company. Precision recognized that the other company should have installed a new garage door opener, instead of replacing a part. Precision installed a new garage door opener at cost with not installation fee, because of what I went through with the other company. I thought how awesome is that. I will be using Precision going forward.

Great experience from start to finish, from the late night call to the 24 hour assistance line to job being completed. One of our springs broke late night, the day after Christmas. As promised on the website, they had a tech onsite ready to do the repair in under 24 hours (12 hours to be exact). The Tech Andrew was very thorough, explained what needed to be repaired and also walked me through some preventative repairs/maintenance that would help the life of the whole door system without making me feel pressured. Thanks again for making this first experience a great one.

Technician Gabriel called ahead that he was on his way and got to my house early! Great! He replaced the spring, rollers and lubed all necessary parts and was done in under an hour. Jesse Allen arrived on time and had all equipment to replace the broken garage door opener and then replaced the door rollers. They did a great job installing all equipment and setting codes. They cleaned up the area and hauled old parts away. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Initially was annoyed because my appointment was scheduled 6-8pm on a Saturday and got a call around 330 pm that the tech was 40 minutes from my house because he had a big job to do and was trying to get to everyone else beforehand. While I appreciate that effort, I'm not spending my day waiting around for a tech especially when I had a scheduled appointment. Oh well, tech showed up around 11pm and was pretty awesome and pretty quick to get my repair done.
